We have been using Katy Cleaning Service for almost three years. As a household with two working parents, the time value of having a reliable cleaning service is immeasurable. Every other week, I get to come home to a perfectly cleaned home, and I cant tell you what that does for my stress level. The crews are always on time and reliable, and we typically have the same ladies each time, which allows for them to know our home and be super efficient. One of the reasons we ended up choosing KCS in the first place, is because they include services in their standard fee that other companies were charging extra for (dusting blinds, cleaning baseboards, etc...). Also, if theres something that does need extra attention during a service, I can just leave a note or call ahead and let them know, and its taken care of.

Ive had three cleaning services over the past 5 years and Katy Cleaning Services has surpassed the first two by far. Ive used KCS for 3 years and am just as happy with the quality now as I was when I first found them. They are very thorough in their cleaning, and yet very efficient. The quality of their work is very consistent, whether Im home while they clean or at work. I have a self-proclaimed "clean freak" nanny who managed a cleaning service company for several years, and even she has said how great the KCS cleaning quality is time and time again. The KCS service manager, Delia, is incredibly professional and courteous. I was impressed with her from day one when she came to look over the house and assess my cleaning needs. I am incredibly happy with KCS and expect to be a long-time customer.

"The Ladies", as my 5 year old calls them, love to have fun with my daughter. Every time they clean, they will position the stuffed animals on her bed in a different way, or hide one under the covers. She also loves that they put a "KCS" sticker in the folded up toilet paper. She thinks that is the coolest thing ever. On another note, they are very professional, efficient and on time. They use just the right amount of cleaning agents to clean, so you can smell they were there, but it is not overpowering. They come in uniform, bring their own supplies and get your house spotless. I would definitely give them a try if you are looking for an awesome cleaning service in Katy, TX.

I have been using Katy cleaning service for over a year now and have never been disappointed. Husband and I both work and raising our 5 year old grandson so with the help from KCS I am able to spend more quality time with him. They always go above and beyond what I expect from a cleaning crew. I highly recommend them when anyone asks. Not only do they have to deal with a 5 year old toys but we also have our youngest daughter who is 16 so you can imagine what they have to deal with when they go in her room. They provide excellent customer service, are very responsive, and always care about making sure that we are happy. For all this time that they have been cleaning our home, Ive never had problems with making them adjust to whatever I needed done. They come on time, bring all supplies and equipment, and are easy to communicate with. Very trustworthy. I gave them key to my house only after 2nd cleaning without much thought and never had an issue with that. I love to work with such professional service companies!

Love these guys! Been a customer for about a year now. The quality remains the same, and the lovely maids continue to amaze on how efficient and hard-working they are. The cleaning ladies done a great job of cleaning my house. No complains there. But customer service from the office is not so professional. I try to reach the office regarding payment and feedback for 4 business days now, I tried calling, it went straight to answer machine. I left couple messages, and never heard back from them. I also tried emailing them, still no reply.

Maid Services is AWESOME! We have been using them for approximately 4 years I am really happy with the quality of their services. It was a great relief to have my house deep cleaned by them. I was extremely satisfied by their thoroughness. I dont think my house has ever been this clean! The cleaners were also sweet and patient with our curious cats. :) We plan on using them again soon and highly recommending them!
