We hired this service on two occasions. The first time three maids came and I was very satisfied. They worked three hours and did my baseboards, cabinets, blinds, floors, ceiling fans, etc. I was more than happy to pay the $295. Very nice ladies, honest, etc. The second time just recently two maids showed up and arrived at a different time than scheduled, did not even get to my kitchen, dusted only one side of my blinds, mopped the floor and left it still grimy, did not do my fan blades. They worked for 1 and 1/2 hours, charged us for three hours, $173.20 and hauled their butts out of my home fast! I called to complain and got no response back until I wrote an email to them explaining. They said they would refund us the over charge and make it better next time. I just received my check today for $32.48. I teach school and my math calculations say $86.59 for an hour and half overcharge. If this is the kind of customer service they provide I will go elsewhere next time and pay more to get a good job. To say the least I was very disappointed. I trusted them to do a good job.

We been using Amazing Maid Services on a bi-weeky bases for over 16 years and have loved ever service. The house keepers are very friendly, professional and hard working the office personal have been so helpful and friendly over the years. It has been wonderful to come home after a hard day at work to a clean home. We have highly recommended this company to all our friends and lots have tried them and most still use them on a regular bases. My family and I are moving to New York next Month and we will miss this service the most. Yes their will be other cleaning companys but none will ever compar to this one. I used them because I could not do it for myself after surgery, and the ladies were pleasant, courteous, hardworking. They were always on time, sometimes a little early, which was fine with me. When Liliana made my bed, it looked like a show room! Lilliana is amazing and fast. The reason for 4 is that just a few things here and there that got missed, and because I could not get up and point it out, I found out later. All major things were done, nothing ever broken, stolen or missing. I would recommend this service to anyone needing cleaning.

I have used this service for around 6 years or more and I have always been pleased by their work especially their attention to detail. One thing I must say, is that to my knowledge, all employees are honest & good people that Ive felt at ease leaving alone to clean my residence while i am out.I especially love Jasmine shes FANTASTIC!

kmbccm is RIGHT. I have used their services for a long time and have had things broken, damaged, RUINED, money stolen and FOOD AND WATER STOLEN FROM MY HOME! They guarantee the work, but when I had them come back they said if I WOULD PROVIDE BETTER CLEANERS, IT WOULD BE CLEAN. Me provide them? WTH? DO NOT USE THEM! HORRIBLE!
