Total care housekeeping did an EXCEPTIONAL job on cleaning my very large home! I did a deep clean 8 hour service with only one lady that came out and I couldnt of asked for a better job! She was on time came at 9 am sharp and stayed til 5 pm. She did not take one break and not once did she slack off or slow down. She didnt just clean only the areas where you can see like other housekeeping services. She moved whole pieces of furniture to clean behind and under. She dusted everything, cleaned my walls, my baseboards, blinds , every bathroom to perfection, every room to perfection. I mean the list literally goes on and on. I didnt have to correct one thing and I am very picky so I was so pleasantly surprised! After she was done with a couple rooms she would ask me to go look to see if she missed anything or needed to fix something. She was just so sweet and Nice. I have used other housekeeping services in the area and this one beats them All. Honestly I dont know what any of these other negative reviews are talking about. I think with some people you just cant ever satisfy them. Also the person I scheduled my appointment with over the phone was so nice and professional. She explained everything so perfectly and answered any questions I had. Plus they were able to get me in super quick. Iam honestly just in utter shock with how great my house looks! She exceeded all my Expectations!! I will definitely be having the same lady come out every week now. Would recommend this company to everyone. Dont go off of the negative reviews trust me Call and schedule an appointment and see for Yourself there great!!

Hired them 2 weeks before moving into our renovated house from a house fire for a 6-8 hour deep clean. Was very clear and upfront about what needed done on a specific day as we were to move in next day. House was empty and all new except kitchen. From the beginning my main request was to clean the windows from the installation company leaving caulk smears. After that the new light fixtures and closet built ins to be dusted and to clean kitchen from construction guys using it. Kitchen was absolutely dirty no doubt about it, but it is also a single row of 5 cabinets with a stove top and sink only as half of kitchen had been removed. They were almost an hour late and I couldnt wait any longer on them so sent text message listing the 3 things to be done as a reminder. Came home that night and only kitchen had been cleaned so we had to go get cleaning products and clean the rest. They then tried to tell me she spent all day on kitchen except that I had video surveillance recorded of when she arrived and left. Oh and she misunderstood what I wanted even though it was listed #1-3 in emails weeks prior and again in texts that day and kitchen wasnt #1. So in the end they billed me for 4 hours to clean 6 feet of kitchen counter, stove top and sink with no consideration for time and money they cost me. I only paid for the hours she was there and probably shouldnt have paid for that considering the rest. Wish I would have hired anyone else!!

Five-Star Professional Housekeeping services from Start to Finish. Promptly answered my call and scheduled the initial cleaning sooner than anticipated for a last-minute request. My preference is for items to be neat and tidy, which is how I keep my home. As such, when I hire cleaning services, I anticipate that there will be deep cleaning performed simultaneously due to the preexisting neat condition of my home and Total Care is absolutely stellar in this regard! Total Care brought all their own cleaning supplies and tools. They were very careful with my items and conscientious while working throughout my home. I appreciate their attention to detail. Excellent service. The kitchen, baths, great room, etc. were all polished and gleaming when their work was complete (see photos). Everything was perfect! The service provided by Total Care Housekeeping is definitely in the White Glove category. I heartily recommend them to my friends, family, and colleagues. Im thrilled to have found them because it is difficult to find a service to perform at this level. Grateful to Carmen & her Team of diligent workers! TYVM

Maybe after using professional house cleaning services for almost 10 years we have become spoiled, but if we are paying the same amount that we have paid other companies, we expect the same service. This was no were close to comparison. I am very glad I stayed present during the whole cleaning, during the walk through upon completion, they "forgot about a whole bathroom" and didnt see full trash cans, the Meant to go back and clean the shower..it was very under par. We will continue looking for our next weekly housekeeps. Total Care is not it.

I paid for a 6-hour heavy clean of an empty house. Several items were not even touched (kitchen cabinets, blinds, toilet in 2nd bathroom.) The owner claimed the toilet was so soiled it was not able to be cleaned; however, I sent another company in there after Total Care was there, and she was able to get the toilet clean with a little bleach. They refused to go back out and fix what she had missed. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR for almost $200.

Leaving flyers all over Non Solicitations neighborhood (Eagle Creek), bad business, next time law enforcement will be called. The City of Broken Arrow established Ordinance No. 3207 section II 7-3 D as follows: “No person shall canvas or solicit the occupants of a residence where the premises or neighborhoods where a Homeowner’s Association has displayed a sign prohibiting such activity..."

Absolutely recommend!! They did an amazing job on my home and everyone was friendly and easy to work with! My husband says Im a little OCD with cleaning, and Lorena V. blew me away!! Great attention to detail and everything I asked for was done (and even some I didnt think to ask!)
