USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I originally had them come and clean for one of their Deluxe cleanings and it was pretty good. I then made arrangements for bi-weekly basic cleans. On the scheduled date, no one showed up! Ok, so being the forgiving person that I am I decided to give them one more chance. When they arrived, they came an HOUR late for their 9AM scheduled appointment! I called the headquarters and asked if they would be able to clean my house (1700 sq ft) in time for an appointment that I had later that afternoon and the reassured me that everything would be cleaned. Echoing the same experience as previous reviewers, they were out in an HOUR AND A HALF!! When I looked around, the master bathroom wasnt even touched, they didnt take out the trash in either bathrooms, multiple surfaces were not dusted (or even attempted b/c nothing was even moved), two of the rooms were half-vacuumed, and NONE of the floors were mopped. It was extremely disapointing. I called right away and they said that they were sorry and that they would come out the next day to fix it and clean as if it was the initial first cleaning. They also assured me that they would send a different maid. Upon arriving home and looking forward to a clean and sparkling place, I come home to....wait for it....NOTHING CLEANED. Obviously, they were there because they left a note. Ironically, it was a note about some dumb contest about how good this particular maid was. What a joke. In my humble opinion, DO NOT USE THEM. POP IN MAIDS WASTES YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. To top it off, you have to babysit their employees! So much for saving time!

I have used them off and on for a year or so, everything was fine until I complained that the ladies would bump my scentsy candle and spill wax all down my pictures and onto the floor. At first they blamed my dog but then we pointed out that it ONLY happens when they come and she never goes anywhere near it anyway, it was not that big of a deal but was annoying to come home and clean wax off of everything and that it was starting to stain my floor! (White stained wood floors) Since then they have not returned my calls, and all I was trying to do was set up another service. I just asked that they be careful in the future. They are cheap but not the most thorough, and if you make a complaint they quit taking your calls apparently.

Pop In Maid came out this morning to clean our house and I was really impressed. They sent two women-Antonia and Maria--and they did a fantastic job. I dont often have the house professionally cleaned, but I used someone a couple of years ago and they charged $300 for our apprx. 1700 square foot home. Pop up Maid was only $120 and I felt the level of cleaning was just as good. I really like how they have the option to pay via credit card, but Id love a way to book it online, if possible, in the future. Right now you give your credit card number over the phone. Overall, really pleased and hope to use them again in the future and will certainly recommend them to others!

Their service is consistently poor. They had ONE decent maid and she no longer works there anymore. I have had maids come in and break things during their cleaning (my trash can, faucet, decoration), poor and overly speedy service every time and consistent need for full supervision. The "equipment" they bring is cheap and does not clean or disinfect surfaces at all. They come in and clean my toilet tiles with water only and the entire bathroom and kitchen with a diluted mixture of Windex!! They are OVERLY priced and their satisfaction guarantee is a hoax! They dont even pay for the damage their maids cause. STAY AWAY!

Thieves ... landlord and I used them once for a spring cleaning. They show up and we left for the afternoon, so they could do their thing without us being in the way or feeling like were breathing down their necks. We come back later, theyre gone, place smells good and seems tidy. A day later, I notice my expensive, portable, mp3/video player is missing. Since we have no evidence of them stealing (video recording), its just accusations and nothing can be done. Not happy, and not using them ever again. If you want to pay to invite folks into your house to rob you, go for it. Otherwise, avoid.

Did NOT do a thorough job on my house AT ALL!! My regular housecleaner was out of town and called Pop-Ins for a "basic" clean. They were in and out of my 1900 sq ft house in an HOUR AND A HALF!! No windows were clean, floors were mopped terribly, not one thing was moved for dusting or wiping down cabinets!!! Definitely NOT worth $90 I spent! I had to provide supplies for "specialty surfaces" (aka, hardwood, granite, travertine), bc everyone uses something different!! haha! These are found in so many houses now, they should have cleaner for these surfaces!! Would NOT suggest this service.

I can honestly say it was the best $75 Ive ever spent. My 1500 sq. ft. house was move-in-clean by the time their 3-person crew was done. The booker was friendly and told me where to find coupons for the service, she didnt try to immediately sell me into a scheduled service contract, and she answered all of my questions. They even call before-hand to remind you. I would have liked if their crew wore uniforms, and next time I will ask them to use Orange Glo on the hardwoods instead of regular mopping. But aside from that, I was absolutely pleased.

Antonia & Maria cleaned our house today and did a great job- nothing missed! Pop-Ins Maid Service has been cleaning our house regularly (first in Plano, then in Frisco) for more than 20 years and we highly recommend them. This service is flexible and accommodating, and almost always send a team so that the cleaning is done in fewer hours than if one person was cleaning alone.
