I really wanted to like the service, but it just didnt cut it for me. I specified that dust and dusty corners were a huge deal, paid for the deep cleaning (which promised washed baseboards, doors, door frames, cobwebs removed, everything dusted, etc - note, WASHED), even left a note detailing that I wanted the bathroom especially cared for as the baseboards and walls were dusty from cat hair, specified to please dust the pictures on the wall (also promised in the package) and mop everything as I have all faux wood floors (ALSO promised in the package) - from what I could tell, only the living room was mopped. The corners werent dusted whatsoever, all of our pictures on the walls (we have a total of 7 that are very accessible and small) were untouched, none of the doors or door frames were cleaned (dust on all the tops) the bathroom was clearly not mopped and the baseboards werent even touched, there were still cobwebs on the wall, the kitchen was not mopped and the cabinet fronts were not cleaned (another thing promised in the package), kitchen floor wasnt even swept, the whole corner by the computer was not dusted, and they didnt even sweep under the futon which is easy to swipe a broom under...basically, almost nothing that was promised in the deep clean package was done. They were there for about 2 hours and I paid $170. I had to come home during the clean to grab my other cat to take to the vet and the girl cleaning the kitchen seemed completely irked by my presence and didnt even greet me or speak at all. It was very uncomfortable. I am sorry to say but I feel I was robbed and couldnt really tell much of a difference. I have a small one bedroom apartment and I took measures to make sure everything was tidy and I know the place wasnt that messy to begin with as I had another maid service clean not three weeks prior. What I have learned throughout this experience: dont hire a maid service to clean your place. Find a small family owned company who really cares and go with them. Commercial cleaning companies just do not care whatsoever.

Taylor Maid exceeded all my expectations. I chose them for their previous online ratings, but you are never really sure. Two women arrived on time, and worked non-stop for over 4 hours cleaning parts of my home that had probably never seen a dust mop or cleaning agent in years. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional cleaning service.

Very excellent service! Ive used other services in the past and the quality of the work always deteriorated after a few visits. But Ive been using Taylor Maid cleaning services for about 4 years now and Im just as happy today as I was with their very first cleaning! I have recommended them to all my family and friends. This is a very professional cleaning service! Always show up, even though there may not be the same people. Lately Ive had the same person, only one, to come and I am very pleased with her. I love to have the same person, as she is familiar with everything in my home and does an excellent job. All people who work are friendly and do a great job!

This is my third time to use Taylor Maids. The first two were deep cleans and they did a good job. This time we chose the standard clean. Not happy. They did not mop my bathroom floors or sufficiently clean my shower or bathtubs -- just wiped them down. Mirrors and windows were streaky. Not happy this time around.

I have been using the cleaning service since the first of 2015 and have found the crew to be efficient, friendly and very easy with which to deal. We have one with a crazy schedule and they have been extremely nice in working around his schedule. I would definitely recommend them. The house always shines.
