TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE!!! I called to request a 1-time clean of a vacant home. I own the home but do not live there - just had some renovations done there and some friends are about to move in and rent the property from me. I reviewed a very specific list of items that Molly Maids provides for a vacant "move in" clean and very clearly told them my biggest concern was the miniblinds getting cleaned (lots of dust from the renovation work) and cabinets in the kitchen getting cleaned. I couldnt be there on the day of the clean so I left a key hidden in the yard and asked a friend of mine to stop by and check on everything. I was charged for 3.5 hours of work and couldnt even tell they had been there. the miniblinds werent even lowered much less cleaned. Cobwebs behind the blinds. Several rooms not even swept. Kitchen cabinets not touched. I have not idea what I paid for. And they didnt return the key!!!! My friend who check on them said they pretended not to speak English and when he spoke to them in Spanish about all they things they hadnt cleaned they told him they werent supposed to. When I called to follow-up the manager said she would reclean the house but had no idea where the key was. The "team" that cleaned my home had "called in sick". 3 days later she called and said the team leader put the key back where she found it. This is a total lie. I have now called multiple time to speak with the owner Tony but it seems he never actually comes to work. I am considering legal action to make them rekey the house!! TERRIBLE!!!!

ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Save yourself a ton of time and MONEY and use a different company if you have a home and want it cleaned properly. We decided to use a "professional" cleaning company to ensure our home was as picture perfect as possible for the real estate market (clean baseboards, blinds, etc). Long story short, nearly everything needed to be "redone" because it was not a thorough cleaning (i.e. completely missed baseboards in a room, left dirt and cobwebs on various blinds). They also ended up being 2 HOURS over the initial quoted price with people who ended up being slower and slower as well as less meticulous as each hour passed. (Convenient when they charge hourly). When I spoke with management, they kept stating "it depends on the condition of the home" as their only response despite the fact that the work was not thorough to begin with and tried to blame the fact that there were areas they did not clearly clean saying, "maybe you havent changed your air filters recently so the dust built up." WTH?? In the last 5 minutes? Absolutely ridiculous. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Even if they seem very flexible and are willing to work with your schedule, proceed with caution... I was extremely disappointed.

Terrible experience. Also, not dog friendly. Dallas Maids cancelled on me one day and I needed a last minute company to come clean before a dinner party, so Molly Maid of NW Dallas was easy enough to schedule a day-of appointment. That was very much appreciated! However, I waited 2 weeks for the same crew to come back because they did a good job and were pet friendly. I tried to schedule a cleaning every two weeks by the same crew. I called the day before to confirm the appointment and after a few calls back and forth they ended up saying they could not have a dog friendly crew scheduled every two weeks. Thats fine, but should be advertised to all customers so we dont waste our time.

This company is terrible!! Do not use them! We used them for a move in clean and the "maids" that came did not clean at all! The floors were still dirty, counter tops dirty, cupboards were awful looking! I called to complain and they offered to have the same team who didnt clean the first time come out again. I asked for the manager to call me and I am still waiting for a response! They are awful, terrible business ethic! DO NOT USE them! LOOK ELSEWHERE! If I could give no stars I would have but unfortunatly I had to give at least one.........

These guys did a terrible job on our place. We have a condo in Dallas that was pretty much clean as everything had already been moved out, but the only think I could tell that they did was vacuum. The microwave wasnt cleaned, the windows were dirty, and the kitchen cabinet insides werent cleaned. They called asking for 15 minutes over the hour and a half scheduled as well. We spoke with them and they said everything had been checked off their list so tough luck. Very curious what was on that list but wont use them again.

I have used Molly Maid for 6 years. In that time I have found them to be very professional in not only cleaning my home on the day they are scheduled to, but in their consistency of cleaning every room of my home completely. The same crew basically has cleaned my home all these years but at times other crew members have cleaned it as well. All Molly Maid personnel have always proven to be excellent in their efforts. I highly recommend you choose Molly Maid when considering someone to clean your home.

I am very happy with my Molly Maid services. I am working in Dallas temporarily and didnt have any resouces to get referrals. I know Molly Maid from Florida and knew I could rely on them. I am pleased with the ladies who take care of my apartment. I dont have to worry about leaving them alone. They get a key from my rental office and when I come home, everything is perfect! and best of all- I dont have to do anything!

I made the switch from a self-employed maid to the Molly Maid cleaning service about a year ago, and I have no regrets about my decision. My biggest complaints about my former maids were inconsistent cleaning from visit to visit and unpredictable timing of arrival. These have never been a problem with Molly Maid. I always know what to expect and when to expect them.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Company was supposed to give a call before arriving but that never happened. They gave me an estimate on time to completion yet went more than an hour over that time on a simple empty house cleaning. They were obviously just looking to take as much money as possible. Overpaid by about $150

Kept getting called every 30 mins to be asked what they should work on. I had a very small one bedroom all Hard Wood floors, asked them to focus on Kitchen and Bathroom. They didnt clean the Fridge didnt mop the Bathroom. I was changed for two people two hours and couldnt see 30 mins worth of work having been done.

Love Molly Maids. I feel like my house and property is safe when they are at my house. I absolutely love how they fold the towels on the towel rod! They do a great job cleaning. They even change the sheets and take out the trash! Thank you Molly Maids for making my life easier!
