I have used other services in the past from Angies List to individuals who clean houses. I switched to Molly Maid for the consistancy and thoroughnes they do ever time they clean my house. Some of the other companies would do real good work for the first few months and then they would slack off and miss things not just once in a while but almost every time. "I appreciate their standards and thoroughness with their cleaning" . I receive this each and everytime they clean my home. I know sometimes people miss things and may have an off day, but I do not find that do be a problem with Molly Maid. Unfortunately one time my grand daughter said she could not find her I-POD and assured me the maids must of taken it. We seached the house upside down and could not find it. I called Molly Maids to see if that had seen her I-POD when they cleaned. They asked the ladies and they had not seen it. Well.......the next day I found it not where my grand daughter had said she new it was. I had her call Molly Maid and apoligize to them for even thinking it was them. A lesson well learned for both of us!!! I have used Molly Maid for cleaning my house for sevreal years. I would recommend them for their professionalism, standards, consistancy and competitive pricing. I believe you get what you pay for. Some companies or individuals may be a little cheaper so you put up with the little things they do not do. Why put up with that when you can have "great standards and thoroughness with every cleaning" and have that piece of mind that we all want when we get home..

Not very satisfied with this company right now. I had a cleaning and they didnt do half of what they claim to do. They didnt wipe down the doors, didnt do anything in the washer/dryer area, didnt wipe floor boards, didnt wipe windows out, not even sure if they vacuumed since I had actually did that the day before, nor did the house smell fresh when I walked inside. I was also told that it would take three hours for the first cleaning and if it didnt take that long, they would refund me back the hours they didnt use....they were only at my house for one hour and NO they didnt refund me. When I called in to complain they offered me $25.00 off my NEXT visit, lol!!! Are they crazy or what? Im going to continue to complain to their home office and I also have pictures with timestamps and alarm report of when they left because they had to sat my home alarm. HORRIBLE!

Please do not use the Molly Maid Service owned and operated by Mr. Al Wright located 3440 S. Polk St. Suite C Dallas, TX 75224. One of his contractor’s stole $2000.00 and a pair of Beats Headphone from my home (Grand Prairie Police Report Number 110029759). The headphones were on my kitchen counter. The maid service went through my master bedroom closet and stole the 2000 bucks from my watch case. The maid that cleaned my house didn’t leave a card with her name on it which is standard practice for every maid service I have used for the last 11 years. The owner did come by my house to drop off a sworn statement for the police, but he did not bring the maids that cleaned my house. Please do not use this service! Hopefully I can prevent one person from being violated by this service!

Molly Maid provides an exceptional level of service for me! When I walk into my home I smell a freshness that is truly inviting from the products they use down to the personal small details. I feel like I’m walking into a hotel suite when I enter my bedroom. The bed is made neatly and slightly pulled back. Everything is always in place and when I walk into the bathroom , wow , the towels have special designs, its fresh and clean, and the tissue has a slight triangle at the edge, just to signify that area was cleaned too. Molly Maid staff is always amazing! They are willing to do extra small detailing without question. Professionalism and the warm smiles of the staff is very inviting. Life is so much easier with the help of these ladies and I greatly appreciate all that they do!

This is the best money I have ever spent. Im a working Mom and wife and there is just not enough time in the day to get things done. After Molly Maids have come it is a HUGE relief to walk into my home with it smelling clean and fresh and everything is where its supposed to be. I wish there were more hours in the day - knowing that - Molly Maids helps me fill that gap. I can completely TRUST them with money laying out, medicines, etc. NEVER ONCE has any of it EVER been touched. Luz and Teresa are my go to girls and I HIGHLY recommend them. Efficient, Honest, Trustworthy and Hardworking. You cant ask much more than that!

Well i had them clean today and i had already precleaned for them and knocked two rooms off t hey still didng do what they were suppose to do 2 hrscturned into 1 hr worth of half clean work i had to go over they just did bathroom toom and kitchen didnt mop i had to rd do even though the lady that did the bathroom did a better job thdn thd one in the kitchen i would never let them clean my house again and i paid 200 dollars for a half did job i could have just did this myselc our hirdd somdbody else next timd i know not to hire mollymaids on polk street at least the two woman that came

Ive used several maid services over the years, but I can honestly say that Molly Maid of SW Dallas is THE BEST! The crew always arrives at the promised time, thoroughly clean my home, ask if I need any specific areas addressed, and provide the utmost service. My shower sparkles after the ladies are done, and my kitchen is immaculate! Everything smells fresh, and I love how they pay close attention to detail. I dont even want to walk on my carpet after they leave! Excellent service!!

I was moving and wanted the house to sparkle when I left. All I could say when they left was "WOW!" The Molly Maid team did a fabulous job. They arrived as promised and went right to work and didnt miss a spot. They were focused, thorough and very professional. The entire experience from the first phone call to set up the appointment to the follow-up afterwards was exactly what you hope happens but so rarely does. Huge kudos to Molly Maid...I very highly recommend them.

I hired Molly maids to clean my parents home, Im not sure if it had ever been cleaned professionally before? Molly Maids did an exceptional job! The ladies were very friendly and courtesy. They cleaned years of dust, dirt and so much more. My parents house looked and smelled great when they were finished! Ill definitely use Molly Maids again.
