After being a loyal regular customer for 3 years, things have gone rapidly downhill the last 3 times they have cleaned. The initial problem began because I was not here when they came and the job was very sloppy. Then, for the next two regularly scheduled cleanings, they showed up 3 hours late each time. I have left messages for management and not received any return calls. Very disappointed at the lack of courtesy and respect for my time.

Horrible cleaning experience. Were supposed to get a 2hr deep clean, got a 1 hr rip off. My wife and I spent rest of day/night cleaning glass, wiping counter tops. Seems they did little more than dusting. Was disappointed in everything. And owner said it was my wifes fault and that her crew did a great job. This company can not be trusted. They offered a follow-up cleaning at a discount. Would never let them in my home again.

By far the best cleaning service I have found. I have tried many companies that services the little elm area and nobody comes close to Scrubs. Awesome!!!
