I definitely dont recommend this company. We were told that we needed to have 2 deep cleans 2 weeks apart. Then we would have a regular schedule every 2 weeks. Unfortunately we had to wait almost 1 month before the first deep clean was done and then 5 weeks later before the second one was done. The second clean was awful. Countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms were gritty when you ran hand across it. The floors in kitchen and bathroom didnt look mopped. Our main living room has wood floors and there was dust under all the furniture and in corners of the room. When my husband spoke to owner about not being satisfied he was very disrespectful. He tried to make it sound like it was his fault not theres. Instead of trying to make us happy it was clear he could care less he just wanted to be paid. Find someone else this is not worth the money

I have been with the cleaning authority for about 1 year. The owner of this location, Steve, was very friendly and professional when he came out to set me up. Suzie, one of the mangers, is a delight to work with. They are an excellent company to have clean your home. They come once a week to my home and my husband and I can also tell when they have been here. You come in to a refreshing great smelling, clean house. Chasaty, Tammy and Kaitlyn come in with a smile on their face. They go to work get it cleaned and out the door they go to their next house with the same smile still there. I have never had an issue while using this company. I highly recommend them and these girls. Want a clean home, call the cleaning authority in North Richland Hills!

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for over a year. These guys have been able to cater to our needs time and time again. The few times that we have had complaints, we have received immediate attention and had all issues resolved. I cannot recommend The Cleaning Authority enough. Weve been fortunate to have the same person (Audri) come to our house a majority of times with various teammates (currently Megan). Weve always been well taken care of and I know the house appreciates it. Side note: We have a dog who has a tendency to frighten guests, but everyone from The Cleaning Authority has been able to win her over and become fast friends. The Cleaning Authority is Peanut Approved (probably the hardest commendation to earn)

I worked under the current owner, and well they treat employes horrible they dont care for the house cleaners and they dont care about the customers everyone is just money to them. Wanna call and complain? Theyll just talk bad about you, you outta town? No worries they tell us to cut corners because your not home anyways... I was even pregnant and. They told me i still had to minivac big houses and told me i should find another job because i was too problamatic for them yeah what a great owner. But if you want your house cleaned by a money hungry jerk who doesnt care about anything but your check... Go for it... Oh and they even hired back a girl who was fired by the other owner for stealing... So hide your valuables.

I love these ladies! Tabitha is the best, she has worked with me in two houses and she really cares about her work and is such a pleasure! I hear her training her team and the pride and professionalism is above and beyond. I wish she could come every morning. Steve you have a star! Marilyn and Ashley who work with her are also lovely, but with Tabitha in the lead you cant go wrong. I highly recommend this business.

Didnt actually book for cleanings after meeting with the owner, Steve. Fees were more expensive than other cleaning services (40-50 more per week) and frankly, he was pretty rude. He had a list of expectations before cleaning could happen, like removing appliances from kitchen counter to expedite cleaning. Really?... if ths his level of customer service, I cant imagine that complaints are resolved.

These guys are the best. I tried another company and was totally unhappy. I called David and he took such good care of me. His staff came in and were friendly, courteous, thorough and efficient. They cleaned everything they promised they would. $30/visit cheaper than my previous service for 100% better customer service and 100% better cleaning services. You cant beat that!

If you want tattooed ex convicts, terrible customer service, horrible cleaning and management and owners talking down or cussing you out, then go for it other than that terrible. Horrible place never again.
