When I first hired Molly Maids to clean every two weeks they did an excellent job. Two of my neighbors asked if I was pleased with them and also hired them to clean for them every 2 weeks. But after a while I noticed a decline in quality. I could tell when the owner had been there because the job was top notch, but when she wasnt they spot cleaned and not as thorough. One time when I called to comment on the quality, I was told they would have to charge me extra because of the extra hair from my dogs. It wasnt worth a penny if it wasnt done properly, so I paid the extra. On one occasion, I came home to find one of my dogs was missing. They must have put them on the back patio while mopping (at least they mopped) and my one escape artist must have found an opportunity. I called the office and they claimed she was not there when they arrived at my house. I seriously doubt someone broke into my house and set one of my dogs free. I continued to use them for a couple of years with service that was sometimes good and sometimes poor. I finally changed cleaning services.

I called these losers about 3 weeks ago and made an appointment for an initial cleaning. She said she would come over the night before to look at the house and give me a price for the regular cleaning and also tell me how long the initial cleaning would take as you pay for it by the hour. She never showed up. The next day no one showed up to clean. I called them and she took my name and said she had texted the team and they would be here "soon". So I called an hour later and someone else answered and said I never had an appointment with them. WTF??? So I guess I made up the date, time and hourly rate that I wrote down. And why did the first person take my name and say they would be here soon? Dont waste your whole day waiting on these iidiots like I did. Call All Star Maids instead which is what I did. Oh, and nice to see that theyre not licensed.

Horrible experience. Originally quoted 3 maids for a house over 2500sq ft. - 3 showed up, 1 immediately left and was gone for 2 hours. After 2 hours the remaining 2 maids were still working on the upstairs and hadnt touched downstairs yet. They said they were done up stairs, one bathroom hadnt even been touched, baseboards werent done. Vents werent done. They cleaned the fans and left the remains on the carpet. They left the kitchen in worse shape than it was originally. I called and spoke with the manager who did absolutely nothing. They left without finishing the house and charged for 3 hours worth of work which very poor. They were not willing to work with me at all. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Waste of time and money.

Hired this company to a clean up of the downstairs area of a rental property. They originally schedule a time between 1-5p and then showed up at 5:30p. They rescheduled for the morning and showed late to that appoint too. What is more concerning is they cleaned the whole house on the tenants directions and charged my credit card for twice the amount I expected to pay without any communication with me, the person that hired them! The only way I found out this, was by reviewing my credit card statement. They made no attempt to follow up with me. I called to ask why the added cost and got the run around. Was told I would be called when the owners got back into town. No call! Wouldnt trust these people with anything!

I would recommend this company to everyone... they do an excellent job, always call 3 days before to remind you and give you a 2 hour window of when the will be there! then they call you the day of service to remind you and tell you exactly what time they will be there.. I have talked to the owner David and he is very professional. never once had a problem. A+ service.. I also have 3 large inside dogs and they have never once had a problem with them. keep up the great work maids!!!! 5 star service for sure William M. Bedford Tx
