Scheduled them to clean the new house wed just purchased, however, not yet moved into. The day before they were supposed to arrive, I realized the previous owner had already cut the power. Not too much of an issue, in my eyes, as the house is FULL of windows & natural light, it’s April and not even close to being hot out and we hadn’t yet moved in, so them not being able to vacuum wasn’t a concern for me – and I expressed that to them. I was told the house would be cleaned from top to bottom including windows, blinds, fans, etc. 3 hours and $600 later and all I have to show that my house was “cleaned” are a few cards they left in the bathrooms stating they were sanitized. Other than that, the windows were still covered in cobwebs, pantry is filthy, toothpaste residue on bathroom mirrors, blinds still have dust on them, baseboards are still dirty, etc. Not quite sure what they did for 3 hours, but it definitely wasn’t making sure our new home was clean, as promised. Complete waste of $600, which truly angers me.

They show up on time and they go out of their way, to make sure, they do the job you hired them for. We dont trust anyone to handle our cleaning needs, but The Maids of Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex on Shady Trail. We have been using The Maids for a long, long time. Great company and great staff. I moved into a new house that I was told was recently cleaned when the previous tenants moved out. It was obvious that was not the case so I called The Maids Dallas. Their team came and really cleaned the house like it should be done. The cleaned every spot in the house and left it clean and smelling fresh. Even the homeowner was impressed. I was really pleased with their attention to detail on the bathrooms and kitchen. They even cleaned the oven. I recommend them to anyone wanting their home really clean. Great job!
