I hired the Maid Brigade of Fort Worth to do a deep clean on my house a few weeks ago. They sent a 3 person team to do the cleaning within 3 hours. They had to extend the time an extra 30 minutes to do the cleaning. I was initially told that 5 hours of cleaning time is included in the deep clean, but the cleaners informed me that is only for 2 cleaners and that a 3 cleaner team only allows 3 hours (really?). I went over the upstairs with them while they were there and found multiple spots that had not even been touched. The base boards were suppose to be wiped down, but instead were just dusted with a dust wand. I over heard one of the ladies actually say downstairs to one of the other cleaners after she had got off the phone "Uh oh, he is actually expecting a deep clean." After talking to the manager, he agreed that the clean they had done was just a routine clean and a very poor one at that. They didnt even clean the bathtub upstairs. They re-scheduled to come out and fix all the areas that they did not clean and still only partially cleaned my house. Over the next week, I continually found spots that they did not even touch. I was charged over $400 for the clean that I would rank a basic vacuum and dusting. I will not be using the Maid Brigade again and recommend that you save your money and find another cleaner in the Fort Worth area as you will disappointed with these cleaners.

If I were allowed to give ZERO stars I would... VERY disappointed. Hired this company from another state to go in and do a cleaning on a vacant home prior to new tenants move in. Upon new tenants arrival the next day, the house was found to be completely unacceptable. Unfinished, dirty, not at all what we requested or paid for. We had to hire another cleaner on a weekend to come in and finish the job. Requested a partial refund to cover the cost of the 2nd cleaner and we were not even afforded the courtesy of a return call. If you are a GOOD service business you take care of the customers, should have called back, offered to make another trip to do what they were paid for.

I have used them for the past 3 years, and I have been extremely satisfied. The cleaning is superb, no aggressive detergents or perfumes. Also, I have my office and work at my home and it was really important to me that "my" cleaning ladies, Lupe and Maria, were very professional and considerate of my work, keeping any disturbances to an absolute minimum. Green thumbs up for this cleaning service, definitely to be recommended!

This is the worst and most expensive cleaning in the metroplex. They do not even deserve 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I paid a lot of money for them to come in and deep clean our house to be put on the market to sell. The oven was not touched along with counters, shower heads, faucets and cabinets. We had to go back and reclean the house. When I called and talked to Ester all she could say was sorry.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They half ass EVERYTHING. They have time limits and thats okay but whats not okay is as soon as the times up they leave and get out of there as fast as they can.
