Definitely wont be hiring them again! Id rather do the work myself and save myself the time and stress it took to deal with The Cleaning Authority. If you want something done right...you have to ask for it at least FOUR times. At least that was the case with my home. First, the cleaning crew came 30 minutes late and spent an extra hour doing jobs I didnt ask for, and leaving jobs I specifically went over with them at the beginning of their time, undone. It took me running out to their car as they were leaving for them to come back in and do the job...which they did...poorly. Thankfully their manager stopped by a few minutes after they left and re-did the job, but she used MY cleaning supplies to do it. After the cleaning was complete, there was no communication from the company for over a month. Then, when they finally asked for payment (of course, including the additional hour of work they did on top of the quoted time), I contacted the owner about how unhappy I was with the service. It didnt seem like the manager had fully communicated my concerns to her at all, and the owner argued that I was wrong with my assessment of the situation. I guess with this company, the customer isnt always right. The owner left me with a less-than-satisfactory solution, and I was so tired of dealing with the company, I just paid the bill.

Not a great experience - especially with scheduling and management. Scheduled for every 2 weeks, canceled after 3 times. House was Surface cleaned" - but lots of misses - trash cans not emptied, counters not completely cleaned, small baskets on floor not moved when vacuuming and mopping. Main issue was lack of communication on scheduling with cleaners arriving up to an hour and a half after committed time window. Management makes excuses - not plans to correct issues. They use their 24 hour guarantee as a way for you (vs them) to do the quality check. The crews were pleasant and trustworthy - its mainly a management issue. I believe they have more business than they can competently handle.

This company has been cleaning for me 2x / month for about a year. I am very pleased with the service. They make it very easy on me. I especially like how structured their plans are for what gets cleaned each time and which areas get special attention. They definitely make my life easier!

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my home for 6 months now, every 2 weeks. They do a great job and even tolerate my dog as they clean. The ladies who do the cleaning are courteous and polite.
