*BROKE MY MICROWAVE DOOR***DONT CLEAN FLOORS, SWEEP OR DO WINDOW PATIO DOOR CLEANING TOLD PER FRANCHISE OWNER MATTHEW*** I HAVE ALL PICTURES AS PROOF*** I WAS SHOWN A PRESENTATION THAT MAKES YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE GOING TO GET A1 CLEANING. BUT HE HIRES THESE PEOPLE TO COME CLEAN THAT OWNS THERE OWN MAID RIGHT CO. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CLEAN TO YIUR SATISFACTION HAVE SOMEONE INSPECT THE CLEANING WELL DAVE MAID RIGHT CO DIDNT DO MUCH FLOORS WERE STILL DIRTY IT WASNT MUCH THAT WAS DONE. WHEN CALLED AND COMPLAINED I WAS TOLD THEY DONT MOP, SWEEP and no WINDOW CLEANING.... ALSO HE BROKE MY MICROWAVE IT IS HANGING ON ONE HINGE IM LIKE HOW DO YOU BREAK SOMEONE MICROWAVE DOOR THIS Is THE 1St and LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE A COMPANY TO DO CLEANING FOR ME THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD. AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE.

The clients that we service are well cared for and appreciated. The employees are trustworthy and hard working. These folks are remarkable! It IS a little more expensive than my previous service, but Maid Right is superior in every way. I think the most important difference is that everyone that works in my home is "vested" in the company. They are NOT just hourly employees. Its also the same team that cleans your home every time! Additionally, they take the time to thoroughly analyze your cleaning needs and provide all of the supplies and equipment. Even my kitties are happy! I highly recommend Maid Right Fort Worth.

I worked for this company for a week . The franchise owners Terersa M and her mother are crooks . Dont work for this company they do not pay their employees and as far as house cleaning . They do short cuts and will hire anyone without any type of security as to whom they allow in your homes . Their products are watered down . They never use what they are suppose to . This company is good but the franchise owners are below a 1 star rating .

We arranged for Maid Right to clean the home of our friend who is recovering from surgery and they did a great job! The customer service was friendly and responsive and the team worked quietly while she rested in the next room. Per her husband "they cleaned areas I didnt even know needed to be cleaned!" Requested a deep clean by Maid Right and came home to a beautifully cleaned home! The services met my expectations and I could not be happier. The one downside is that it is a bit difficult to get through their call system to actually speak to someone. Other than that, I thought the experience was great. I would definitely use them again for a deep clean.
