There are only so many positive reviews on google because the company pays you to post a positive review. The owner gives ten dollars off your cleaning service for a 5 star review. I hired this company several months ago and was very pleased with the service. However, the last few months have been full of problems. The cleaners clean the obvious items a client will see when they first get home giving the appearance of a clean house, but they do not dust all of the blinds, clean under items on the counter, or dust anything well. I complained several times and was never offered a discount on the service that was performed sub par. I bought several cameras to put throughout the house to see what they were not cleaning. I was astounded to see that they were spending half of their time looking out the windows playing with my dog. I watched them skip over dusting half of my downstairs. If you want someone to come vacuum your house and wipe down your counters hire this company. If you want a company that provides consistent service with attention to detail seek another company. If anyone would like to see the videos of the company cleaning jobs please message me and I will send them to you with the cleaners faces blurred out to protect their identity, you will see what a sloppy service they provide. This company starts out strong and after several months the level of service declines.

Have been using Two Maids for about 3 months now, and absolutely love them. Ted is great --- communicates well, responsive to requests, and the girls do a great job. Love that I found them ~~ makes my life so much easier! Hired them for a deep clean on my 2400sq ft home last month and they did an exceptional job. Arrived on time, 2 employees and my house was spotless several hours later. Owner was very receptive to working with my schedule so that I could be there when they arrived and walked them through. I just had them return for a Premium clean and once again I was very satisfied. Ted (owner) is very open to feedback - staff are paid based on their performance, so he allows you to provide a rating (1-10) of your satisfaction and give details - which I appreciate. The thought process is it allows them to improve their performance and your satisfaction on the next visit. Now THATs customer service! Highly recommend.

More like two maids and a flop. What a horrible experience with these people. Definitely hire these people if you want to throw away some money to get your home barely wiped down with a dry cloth. They couldnt even dust a single piece of furniture. And oh how awkward it was when we asked them to come back...they made us feel humiliated, and told us to point out everything that wasnt done. I might as well have cleaned everything myself. So much for relaxing and having someone clean the house, instead I had to clean everything myself after it hadnt been done. And as for the 100% satisfaction guaranteed...yeah right, they dont care, they just want to get in and out as fast as possible, doing worse than a mediocre job. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

I needed help getting my house ready before out-of-town guests arrived and Two Maids & A Mop was there for me right when I needed them. Hannah & Maria did a wonderful job of cleaning my home. They were efficient and thorough! Since it was their first time in my home, I was especially pleased with their proactive approach to making sure they explained their normal process and also asking me about any areas I felt needed special attention. Overall excellent service & communication ~ top notch! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable house cleaning. ~Very happy new customer!

I have used other cleaning services in the past. They have been expensive and not done as good of a job as I would have expected especially for the price they charged. Two Maids is not only less expensive than some of the other cleaning services, but they do a significantly better job as well. They dont skip the details and the staff is very pleasant and friendly. They show up on time and they consistently exceed expectations. My wife and I lead very busy lives and it is very comforting to know Two Maids is there to help with keeping our house clean.

Ive used Two Maids and a Mop for two different locations and was thrilled with the results in both locations. The employees were early on both occasions and were also tremendously thorough. I noticed our house even had a new home smell when I walked in - which is pretty darn hard to achieve with a cat and regularly cooking Indian food at home! Ive been much happier with Two Maids and a Mop than with any other service Ive used in the past and appreciate the quality of customer service they provide. Strongly recommend using their services.

I tried Two Maids & A Mop after trying another cleaning company that did not meet my expectations... and now I am so glad I did because the maids at Two Maids & a Mop surpassed my expectations. They worked SO hard and fast and diligent, plus they were very friendly when I met them! My house was cleaned in every nook and cranny imaginable. They were even wiping down the inside and outside of my front door as they were trying to leave. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service.

Finally a team that comes in, communicates clearly and effectively, listens to me and remembers the little quirky directions I give them that makes my house different, and does a great job cleaning on top of that. Communication is big with this company. I always know what time they are coming. I always get an email asking how the service was. Anytime I have a question, the response is always prompt. I think pricing is incredibly fair and I like that I know the team that comes every week.

I just started using Two Maids and a Mop and so far I am impressed. The ladies are professional, hard working and genuinely seem to want to please. I have used various maid services in the past and stopped using each when the quality declined and got no better when I voiced my concerns. I am hoping the pay for performance business model will ensure continued high quality work. And its very helpful that they speak English and I dont have to worry if Im employing people here illegally.

This is an overall great company. Nella and Ted are very nice to speak with over the phone/email. You can tell they care about their customers and are very accommodating. The girls who came by to do the cleaning were professional and very friendly. They worked very hard while they were in my home and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. I dont think my house has been this clean since I moved in 3 years ago.

We are very pleased with our top to bottom cleaning that Ashley and Carolyn did in our home yesterday. They did a great job, with no surprises, and the women were efficient, fast, courteous and polite during the cleaning. We liked the idea of two people cleaning making it go smoothly, as each one knew exactly what to do. Our home sparkled when they finished. Very professional. We look forward to having them clean our home every two weeks.
