We moved into a home recently that had been "cleaned" by this service. The place was filthy, with dried ketchup in cabinets and outlets in the kitchen, dirty cabinets throughout, chewing gum stuck to wall upstairs, lego toys all in corners of carpet, dust on every surface, dirty sinks and walls not wiped down and extremely dirty throughout. Toilets not even touched. They also do not clean windows, which is the first time I have encountered a service that does a move out cleaning but doesnt touch windows. I could go on and on and I wish I could add pictures because the proof is in that. I will never hire this "cleaning" crew EVER. Oh and the wood floors were not cleaned. After a stressful move, my husband retiring from the military and taking on a new career, my twins graduating and both going to basic training, I really did not expect to or want to clean a home that I just moved into. They offered to come back but we declined simply because their standard has been set and since the lady feels that 4 hours for a 3000 square foot home is ample time to get it move in ready tells me the bar is extremely low, and I can do a better job. I suggest hiring them with these things in mind. I will hire elsewhere and while I did not pay for this service because we were moving in, someone did and I would be upset if it were me. The only good note is that the two ladies arrived on time for us to show them the filth their team did not clean up and they were cordial and polite to us, not really apologetic though.

we paid $350 dollars for deep cleaning for them to do a very superficial cleaning, even the furniture was not even wiped nicely, sofas were not wiped( saying we dont have leather cleaning supplies). I called and left text messages, noone replied, but when I sent the text message with pictures and said that I will write a review about their service, she called right away, offered 2 hours free but it wasnt worth, they are just a very unprofessional lazy cleaners.
