I wouldnt recommend The Maids of Plano/Collin County--the ones with the yellow cars--to anyone. They took us for $378 bucks! A shockingly horrible job & experience & well never call The Maids again! We were moving into a home we purchased. Since we had some painting work, etc., done prior to moving, we wanted to have the cupboards wiped clean, the inside of the windows wiped clean, the refrigerator cleaned, & the toilets cleaned. We were told there would be four people at $160 per hour. Only three showed up & we were charged $120 per hour. We were charged for over three hours & the bill was $378 with tax! When we looked at the work that was done, the windows werent touched, the refrigerator wasnt touched, & the cupboards still had some with dust in them. We couldnt tell that someone had even been here! When we called to report it, the woman said that "we normally dont do windows or clean refrigerator shelves" & that my initial call had been taped & shed check it to see what I said! When she called back, she offered to come out to clean what wasnt done. She knew that my initial call stated windows & the refrigerator.

They started out great. Then I had to start calling them before cleaning day to remind them to clean certain obvious things. They promised to clean these areas (like walls and ceiling fans) on a routine basis. Upon a call back after a recent clean, I explained that I cleaned several things again, myself, after them. To see if they were stained or would come clean. I felt that I should be credited a clean. They denied me that and said they would send a manager with the the crew next time. I was not impressed. I guess the saying is true. "If you want something done right, do it yourself."

The Maids service was disappointing for many reasons, including the reasons others have mentioned and I experienced as well. They broke items and did not report it at the time. As a customer, know from the beginning that their claim of "your customer satisfaction is guaranteed" is ridiculous if you do in fact have a problem. Any issues have to go through their team leader and naturally they have no desire to resolve the issues as that would appear to make them responsible for having not dealt with them initially. I would not use this company again nor recommend it to anyone else.

Professional Maids whom Ive worked with for my home cleaning for over a year now. I like the way they call me to let me know exactly when they will be in my home. They exceed expectations once they arrive, by helping with any special instructions I may have for them. They are fast! Having a team of maids do the work in 1 hour is a plus for me as I work out of the home...Youll like the way Glenn, Carmen, and the staff work. Very friendly and understanding.

Excellent Service! I was moving out and needed a team to make the place move in ready, and that is exactly what I got. The team showed up on schedule and cleaned the place from top to bottom. Lovely people with an excellent eye for detail. I was so impressed, I requested long term service at my new home. Thank you for such wonderful service and might I say at extremely reasonable prices!

I had my first cleaning (the deep clean) on Monday, and it was absolutely amazing, the ladies did a wonderful job. I know I was told what would be cleaned, but with previous services, that wasnt always the case, but I was VERY happy with the results. I will be setting up my ongoing service today, because there is NOTHING like coming home to a spotless home.

SCAMMERS: We had used this place to clean and they did a POOR QUALITY JOB to $EXPENSIVE$ also. I would recomend using Professionals, We called and spoke to chris the supervisor and he was very unhelpful besides reminding us THEY DO NOT CLEAN WALLS?
