Jennifer quickly provided me with a quote and scheduled me in over email. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. She told me the maid would arrive in a two hour window. I live in a gated community and was a little worried about how the maid would get in and find my apartment, but Mily had no problems and arrived within the time window. Mily walked with me through my apartment and told me what shed be doing. I told her I had a lot of cat hair build-up and she said she would get that. She told me it would be about two hours. I left the house to get out of her way and came back in and 2.5 hours. The house smelled SO good and she was so detailed in her cleaning! All the blinds and fans were clean. I wish I had taken before and after photos of our tub because it looks like an entirely new tub! Mily is one skilled lady. There was still a bit of pet hair on the couch, but for 2 hours and the low price, Im extremely pleased. Plus, we really had some bad pet hair build up. I will definitely be hiring them again!

The worst experience I ever had. I ordered a move out service last week and they sent just one person for a two story 3200 sqft house. She was totally exhausted as she had another job that morning before she came to clean our house. I wouldnt really blame her. She did not do cob webs, forgot cleaning the closet and did not clean the grease in kitchen. Looking at how tired she was, I started Cleaning the cob webs. The house did not smell fresh after all that. When asked to clean the oven, she said she did not have special liquids to clean it. Bottom line, we had so many complaints from the tenants and we are getting our house cleaned again this week. What a waste of money???? I will not recommend them at all.

Jennifer at Sunshine Maid Service was very nice on the phone when I called. She explained that her team would arrive between a 2 hour window and would perform a move out cleaning on my house I just sold. Her pricing was really fair and her cleaning ladies did a great job. She is also scheduled to clean the new house we are moving into later this week. I recommend them!
