The worst cleaning I have ever had. They cleaned the surface of everything you could see. They didnt clean the whole toilet in any of the 4 bathrooms. They didnt clean behind things. I took photos which I wish I could share. They sent the same cleaners out again when I said they had missed areas but they sent someone from quality control along with them. The quality control person didnt do her own inspection but just had me tell them where they missed and she didnt check afterwards. They could not get the dust off my ceiling fan I told them to try a damp rag they said they did even the quality control person and that it still wouldnt come off when they left I used a damp cloth and had no problem at all. I wanted a deep cleaning. Cabinets, windows etc. I didnt even get a decent cleaning. They stayed the minimum amount of time. I wasnt asked if I was satisfied after the second time they came out my card was just charged. I was also told to clean blinds with construction dust it takes several times cleaning them because they have to be careful for liability reasons as the lady cleaning was banging my blinds against the window. Again a damp cloth and some elbow grease after they left did the job. Save your money and go with a private service where they actually take pride in their work.

Charged 30% over the last service and 2 1/2 times that for the "initial deep clean". Our house had been cleaned two weeks prior by the last service. Did a really poor job and when we complained right away they agreed to come back. Unfortunately we had painting contractors in the next day and we couldnt accommodate them right away. When they did come back my wife made sure she was there to discuss the cleaning, but they changed the cleaning time at the last minute. My daughter was there and they complained strongly to her about why didnt we call right away etc. Still the reclean was mediocre compared to other service we have had. Not sure what a deep clean means to them. The manager admitted the woman who cleaned the house were no longer with them. I had expected more quality from a large company.

This was the worst experience for a maid service, ever. They cleaned the house with soap and water and that was it. They did not clean areas that were dirty and actually lied about cleaning them and had to redo them with the soap and water. They treated my wife very rudely and walked out while she was talking to them while the lead crew lady was talking rudely about my wife in Spanish. They sent another crew the next day and they did some touch-up. About 5 minutes before that crew left I was charged the full $371. We will never use them again and never want people in the house like that again. 3 days later we are still cleaning up areas that were not touched. Thanks for nothing.

I have used your services twice and now I am considering monthly. I love what you guys do! Youre fast, thorough and very polite. The girls came in and I cant believe how fast and how good they are. Very, very happy! It feels so good to have a clean house when you work all the time. This is an awesome service. Just outstanding!

The staff is professional, fast and thorough. Since weve employed Molly Maid, the dust level in my home is significantly decreased resulting in allergy improvement. Each crew seems to have little "surprise and delight" actions that make coming home to a clean environment a pleasant occurrence. (Score 9 out 10).
