This franchise/location has terrible customer service and should be avoided. Service: Schedulers are rude and cleaning ladies show up later than scheduled times Price: Reasonable Ive been using this service once every couple of months and found their customer service to be lacking. Most recently I called to speak to someone about why the estimated cost to clean my apartment on a monthly basis was higher than when I get it cleaned ad hoc (I was just curious about the logic given it was based on my historical bills which have been lower and since the estimator cancelled my in-home estimate). After asking my question, I was transferred to a lady named Vivian who started the conversation by asking "do you want to continue service or not" she continued to speak in a combative way despite my simple (and cordial) request to understand why the bill would be higher if I signed up for more cleaning. Then she proceeded to tell me that "... the estimator determined this is the amount", and didnt give me a chance to explain that the estimator never showed up to do an estimate.

We have them in twice a month and will probably have them continue like that for the rest of our lives. The service is invaluable to us. If there is a problem a call to the HQ has it straightened out courteously in no time. Cleanliness is very important to us, and as we are both disabled and getting older, we are unable to do as much work as we once did. thanks to molly maid, we do not have to live in filth, their assistance is very important to us. Well worth the low cost!!

Polite, hard working ladies with willing attitude and flexibility in specific instructions or treatments. I dont ask them to handle items that are fragile because they wont know the age and history of a scrapbook or figurine, etc. to know how fragile it is. Other than that caution, I am very happy with the times I have used the service and will use them again.

Have been very pleased with this company and location! They have shown up on time as scheduled, staff has all been very pleasant, and have done a thorough job each and every time! They work to accommodate our schedule and requirements as needed. Have had absolutely NO issues with this cleaning service!

Thorough, helpful, EXTREMELY conscientious - our first experience with Molly Maids and we look forward to a long association. The ladies were so very professional and cleaned areas left positively untouched by previous housekeeping services. More than worth the cost!

We started with once a month and have them in twice a month now. The staff is very professional and friendly. They are always very helpful and do everything to accommodate my changing schedule. Most important, the ladies do a great job!
