This is a terrible company. Incompetent and very rude customer service and management. They overcharged my disabled elderly grandmother by charging her for a room they did not clean. They also charged her $20 to clean the outside of the refrigerator when she wanted the inside cleaned. She left dust and dirt on most of the furniture. The worst was when I called to complain. I spoke with Steve Joe, a so called manager, well I have never encountered anyone so rude or unprofessional. He kept calling me dude and talked down to me, he even hung up on me. My grandmother called back and he badmouthed me to her and blamed everything on her saying she should have never paid if unsatisfied. My grandmother avoids confrontation so she paid it even though she was unhappy. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Good companies do not get 1 star reviews and this one has several. Most of the 5 stars are likely written by employees or friends because they are absolutely terrible. Steve Joe was the biggest jerk ive ever talked to. Do yourselves a favor and find a different cleaning company, this one is not worth the headache.

I was referred to cosmopolitan maid service in Dallas by someone in my apartment complex. I was told it would cost me $90 + tax, for the initial visit and then $80 + tax for the following visits. I asked for my credit card to be charged. Three weeks after my first cleaning, i got a call saying they were coming out the next day for a cleaning. I checked my bank account and they had already charged another $90+tax on the day prior to the cleaning. I called them the next day and the man on the phone was rude and did not seem to care about the fact that I had been over-charged. The customer service sucks big time!! If he was nice about it, I might have just requested a refund. However, his attitude was so nauseating, I decided to cancel the service. He still had the audacity to say "canceling for just $6"!!! First of all, it wasn't $6 they were cheating me out of, it was $11, and guess what they are losing? my $80+tax monthly for I'm not sure how long and whatever they might have gotten from my referrals. DO NOT GO WITH METROPOLITAN MAID SERVICE!

First and foremost - If cosmopolitan cleaning was such a good company and had stand up leadership - then why are the majority of negative comments deleted? Dont believe me? Please refer to Stevens comment where he talks about Jennifer. Yet Jennifers comment is deleted off of this google review. That to me just shows how this company is run from the top down - clearly no respect for paying clients and avoiding taking responsibility. The truth is - Jennifer had her refrigerator broken and a valuable heirloom that was destroyed. When Jennifer contacted Cosmopolitan cleaning - they denied everything, yelled at her, and called her a liar to the point of her being in tears. I am sure this will be refuted and most likely deleted by what seems to be the owners friends writing reviews for her. Bottom line - if you are on here deciding whether to use them or not - please dont, it has been a huge head ache and not worth your time or money.

After paying for the "deluxe service", the women tried to leave with less than half of my house being done, because it was at their "time limit". They were more concerned with watching the clock and talking to each other than cleaning, and when the owner, Steve, came in, he was extremely rude, and combative. He wanted to argue more about the time spent in the house instead of the terrible job they did "cleaning" it. I will never use this service again.

Im a single parent with two kids an a dog i work all the time an cosmopolitan helps me with cleaning my house on a bi-weekly schedule. They do grocery shopping for us, our laundry an not to mention make all of our beds, an do a fabulous spotless clean everytime they show up. They go the extra mile for us, they are prompt,on time,an i cant say enough good things about them.Thanks to the wonderful ladys that work there.The staff is fantastic!!!!

An absolutely horrible experience. Steve, the owner, could be the rudest business owner Ive ever dealt with. After a horrible cleaning for the 2nd time, I called Steve to which he responds that I was a "high maintenance customer that would never be happy." Whether or not that is true (its not - I love my new cleaning service), WHAT BUSINESS OWNER INSULTS CUSTOMERS? I highly discourage everyone to avoid this business.

I have dealt and known Cosmopolitan Cleaning for around 30 years and never have I read or heard a negative reveiw . The owner is one of the most professional people that I have ever met . This company has clients throughout the entire metroplex home owners, restaraunts , realtors and apartment leasers . I know what kind of work they do and would highly recommend them .

I would absolutely recommend to anyone Cosmopolitan Maid Service. I have used this company a few times for my companies corporate apartment and each time I am blown away with the cleanliness. Steve and Tammy are so sweet! After the first time of using their company, they remembered me by name. The hospitality and customer service of this company is magnificent.

Cosmopolitan has been cleaning my home for around 1 year now. I couldnt be happier. They are professional, show up when they say they are, and it looks awesome when they are done. I would recommend them to anyone.
