Worst customer service I have ever received! I recently bought a house and wanted to have it professionally cleaned before we moved in. I emailed for a quote and got a call within minutes to discuss what services I was needing. I gave the specs of the home and I was told that my home would take 2-3 hours to clean. I received many emails confirming the appointment. I informed them that we would need them to be done around noon because we were having the carpets cleaned and I was told that should not be a problem. Due to time constraints I was unable to get into my new home until the day of the cleaning. I met 2 cleaners at the home around 8:30 in the morning. The house was completely empty and ready to move in other than needing to be cleaned. My husband and I walked the 2 women around the house telling them what needed to be done and what not to do. We specifically told them not to worry about the carpet due to the carpet cleaners coming later in the day. We really wanted the kitchen cleaned and explained how to the women. We left the home and they told us they would call when done. By noon we still hadnt gotten a call and were done with our errands to return to the house. Upon arrival we found that out of the three floors they finished the basement (which doesnt have a lot in it) and were still working on the top floor. They had not even touched the main floor. I was upset since he carpet cleaners were to show up any minute and I didnt want them stepping on each other as they cleaned. I went upstairs to find them vacuuming the floors (which I had specifically told them not to do). I called Molly Maids and spoke to a woman who said she wouldnt charge me for more than 3 hours since that is what the quoted me in the beginning. I was ok with that and let the women continue to work. They were there for 7 hours!! When they were done they started to pack their car and was about to get in when I reminded them we needed to pay. They took the payment and my husband felt bad for them being there so long so he tipped them $60.00. I went into the house and found that several things had not been done. When I had called earlier I was told they were probably taking so long because they had blinds they needed to clean. Upon going through the house I found they didnt touch one blind. There were rooms that you couldnt tell they were there at all. My friend and I had to clean the entire kitchen ourselves as none of it was dont other than the floors. They sprayed oven cleaner in the oven before they started and didnt even wipe it out before they left. There were fans and light fixtures that were covered in dust. Not cleaned at all. I cant even tell you how much I ended up cleaning myself in the end. I proceeded to take pictures so I could email management. I emailed saying how unsatisfied I was and the next day got a call. The woman I spoke to was very rude. Told me that the home was filthy and said that I misled them on the condition of my home. I didnt even tell them anything about the condition of my home since I had not even stepped foot into it until the morning of the cleaning. Please keep in mind that I didnt ask for a thing from them in the email. It was basically a matter of principal. She continued to be rude and blamed me for the situation. So rude in fact that I ended up hanging up on the woman. I am so incredibly displeased with Molly Maids and have spread the word to everyone I know. I work for a company where customer satisfaction is our number one concern and I would be appalled if any of our employees treated our customers with such disrespect and rudeness. We had every intention of having Molly Maids do a monthly regular cleaning of our home but there is no way that I would even allow them in my home at this point.

I spoke with Kathy (owner) at Molly Maids of Central Omaha about hiring housekeepers to help my sister clean her new home before move in. we agreed to two housekeepers from 4:30-6:30 pm for the next day, and English speaking so my sister could explain where she needed the most help. Perfect! The next day the the housekeepers showed up at 5:10pm, without a call saying they would be 40 minutes late. Three women walked in and one introduced herself as the "translator" for the other two. She spoke to all then left saying she would be back to pick up the remaining two ladies at 6:30 pm. What happened to two hours of English speaking housekeepers I was paying for? I called the office and asked for a call back from Kathy...it never came. The next day I called again and spoke with Leann. I explained my frustrations with the timing issues and the difficulty in communicating. She had the nerve to accuse me of "attacking her housekeepers because they were Hispanics". REALLY! That is one of the most offensive things I have ever heard. This was a clear case of OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER by Molly Maids! This gift I thought was so perfect had blown up in my face. Making it worse, they wouldnt accept any responsibility for the issues they created. Leann finally asked me what would make me happy. I told her that I will pay for the time the ladies worked (at a rate of $82.00 per hour) and that I felt it would be appropriate to extend one free hour of housekeeping service to my sister so they can finish the work they started. Then we can all move on with no hard feelings. She said she would talk to Kathy and call me back ASAP...that was several days ago and still not a word! I shared this situation with the real estate agent that referred us to Molly Maids who said she and her office will NEVER again refer them to clients. What happened to customer service, customer satisfaction, follow up and professionalism? Are those things of the past? Clearly with Molly Maids in Omaha they are. (By the way, the cleaning ladies did a good job for the time they were there, after my sister was able to direct them to what SHE wanted done. This is in no way a complaint against them)

Worst service I have ever received. We opted for a move out cleaning, which included cleaning bathrooms, windows, blinds, cabinets inside and out, moping floors etc. They "cleaned" my house and when it came for final inspection just 2 days later. The inspector could run his hand over surfaces and find dirt. They only cleaned half of the shower door, never cleaned the blinds, and there were flies left on the window seal. The worst part of it all was when I called molly maids and told them what had happened, they pretty much said "oh well we cant help you, the site supervisor inspected it and said that it was clean". They also hung up on me. Im sure they dont know what clean is, paying $84 a hour does not mean someone should be able visibly see dirt. The inspector who did our final inspection even said that they were horrible and they do this to military personnel all the time. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you still decide to go with them make sure you watch them as they clean your house. Cathy reached out to me a day later and we were able to resolve the isssue.
