We have recently been trying to find a quality cleaning service to regularly clean our place. We have tried a couple companies in town with decent results, but wanted to give a few a shot to find the best. Of all the cleaning services we have tried in the Omaha area, Above and Beyond has been the worst. Our first experience was with poor customer service. It took forever to receive the quote (which was much higher priced for our apartment compared to other cleaners in the area), and attempting to contact Above and Beyond was always met with voicemail and days of waiting. The day of cleaning they stated it would take approximately 2-3 hours. I came home from work almost exactly two hours after their scheduled start time and they were long gone. When I walked in to my apartment, I could not decide if they had even came. Here is a list of everything we noted: -The floor did not appear vacuumed well (many spots missed) -Tables and frames still dusty -Glass was streaky and uncleaned -Sinks were not cleaned and still had stains -Sink hardware covered in water spots -Toilet bowls and under seats not cleaned at all -Showers did not appear cleaned Overall, nothing seemed to be cleaned. It was if I gave a 5 year old a rag and they just ran around my place waving it over everything pretending to clean. While that may seem like an overstatement, believe me its not. And for the price I paid, its clearly anything but Above and Beyond. If it was not evident, I would not recommend this place to anyone in the Omaha area. There are plenty of other great (now we know!) cleaners in the area in which we will be pursuing with our business.

We used their service for pre-move-in cleaning and carpet cleaning. We were really disappointed with the general cleaning work. I think the carpet cleaning person has a good attitude, although the pet smell is still on the carpet. The general cleaning person left a lot of the kitchen cabinets and the under cabinet surfaces untouched(not cleaned) at all. It is now a week after, Im still finding piles of dust balls in the closets. I wouldnt recommend or use them again.

We hired Above and Beyond to clean our carpets with their whole house deal (as of this writing it was $199) and are very happy with the results. Further, Miguel was extremely friendly and professional and did a thorough walk-through of the carpeted areas of the house both before and after the cleaning. Well definitely hire them again in the future!

The entire process went great, on time arrival, walked me through what was going to happen and asked great questions. Amazing service and amazing price!!! The gentlemen who came to clean my carpet (which was the day after I called) was so super nice, and even cleaned an extra area for nearly nothing. The job looked great, I could not find a better price in town, and their service is what customer service should be!
