Ive been a customer of My Maid Service for a few years now and have always been satisfied with both their cleaning staff and their internal customer service. One of the great things about them is that you get the same tech week after week. In my case, Amanda, our regular tech is fantastic. She listens, has great enthusiasm and has taken the trouble to learn my particular cleaning needs and requests. I dont have to repeat myself. She does things the way I like them done the first time and I never have to redo any of her work. Overall, Id give My Maid Service an A+ and would personally recommend their service.

We moved to the area about a year ago, and I began looking for a cleaning service to give me more time with my children. I didnt want to spend our time together after work and school cleaning the house. I contacted several companies and received serveral quotes. I decided to use My Maid Service because of their customer service, and I dont regret the choice. JoAnn is fabulous! She comes every other week and does a fabulous job! And my daughter always loves "JoAnn Days" because her stuffed animals are arranged so nicely on her bed when she gets home from school. :)

Ive been using My Maid Service in McKinney for nearly a year now. The same group of ladies comes to clean my house every time. If there ever is a substitution because of vacation or illness, the main office always calls to let me know ahead of time. They ask for feedback after each cleaning, and any time Ive asked them to do something next time theyve always accommodated. I get a call reminder before each cleaning, and the main office is always super helpful when I call with questions or to reschedule. I highly recommend My Maid Service McKinney!

In the past I had used individuals (not a company), and while they did a good job cleaning they were difficult to reach, unreliable with start times, and they only accepted cash. I asked around and had a few people tell me about My Maid Service. Ive enjoyed using MMS because I get the same technician with each cleaning, they are always on time, professional, and they have the ability to just charge my debit card with each service. Its very hassle-free, and they do a great job!

When I was looking for a cleaning service, I called several in the area. This service was the only one to return the call on the same day. I started with the spring cleaning, with 3 workers, and they did an outstanding job. My husband was very impressed. I now have them coming every 2 weeks. We have not been disappointed yet. They arrive on time or slightly earlier and ready to go. I recommend this company to anyone needing to have help cleaning their home. Leslie

Are your maids consistently damaging your breakables and , even worse, trying to hide the breakage? Contact My Maid Service. Hey, accidents happen but the one breakage that I incurred during the two years that I have employed My Maid Service was immediately brought to my attention and replacement value was immediately tendered. As you may gather, I value integrity. Great job, reliable, and always on-time for scheduled cleaning.

The worst cleaning service with lazy staff and poor management/ownership. The cleaning crews have the say if they want to continue cleaning your house. I went through several crews until finally ownership emailed me the day before my cleaning day saying there dropping me due to shortage of staff in my area. They didnt have the decency to be honest with me and give me some kind of notice.

We have been a client of My Maid service for over a year now. We were given the option to choose who we wanted to come to our home every other week. We have been blessed to have found such a wonderful company. They are always willing to work around our hectic lives and my husband even contacted them for my surprise party and Joann helped with getting things ready for that!

They get along great with the animals and they do a great job on the house. I look forward to them coming every other week because they do such a great job. I started using My Maid Service a couple of years ago after I returned to work after having a baby and was having a hard time finding time to clean house. I have been more than pleased with the service. The technicians do a great job and the office staff are always friendly and helpful. I have not had any negative experiences and highly recommend!

Same person each visit which is nice since she knows our house and how we want it cleaned. Established billing to credit card is so convenient. Wouldnt consider ever using any other service.

I have always come home to a great looking and great smelling house. Misty and her crew of girls come every other Friday and they do an excellent job. The girls are very polite and wonderful. We are very pleased with the company and the great work that the girls do every time they have cleaned the house!

I couldnt live with out these ladies! I Have 2 dogs who shed a lot and think the house is theirs, its so nice to come home to MY house! The dogs love them! They always do a little something extra and are so accomodating with my often erratic schedule! Thank you ladies, You make my week!

I just had my first service with MY MAID SERVICE and they were excellent. (Very professional and prompt arrival.). Love the fact that I can expect the same person every week. I have used many maid services in the past but this company by far is my favorite.

Horrible service, maids arrived 2 hours late. The office manager is a bit** and is very rude. The staff did an extremely bad job, rushing out of the house without saying goodbye. Then after I checked the work, half the things on the scope of work werent hit!!!
