MaidPro Allen has exceptional service. We were struggling trying to keep up with the cleaning and it always felt overwhelming. MaidPro has taken a huge load off our plate to allow us to focus on other responsibilities and we can now truly enjoy our home clean. They have great communication and let us know of any areas in the house that they might have questions on. We love that they are respectful of us, our requirements and our home as we are very particular. Our home now really shines because of MaidPro. We are so extremely grateful. We love that they are eco and animal friendly. Their mission and operating procedures match our lifestyle. They are thoughtful with homemade flowers made from our papertowels and kleenex tissue. It is like leaving little gifts throughout the house. We love their detailed checklist along with their thank you notes. Reba always leaves the sweetest notes thanking us, when we should be the ones to leave thank you notes for them on their outstanding job. Denisse is especially awesome. She has an eye for detail and organizes our refrigerator like how I would want it. She goes around to double check everything to make sure it is all clean before she leaves with her team. We are so happy with everyone at MaidPro Allen. Thank you so much!

I have been using MaidPro Allen for several months now to come in twice a month to clean my home. I have a very busy schedule with work and other responsibilities and having time to do the deep cleaning is just not in the cards. The team at MaidPro Allen is professional and very detail oriented. They really take pride in their work and it shows in the end result. The price is reasonable and everyone from their management to their staff are involved and committed in ensuring your experience with them lives up to your expectations. I believe its that constant commitment to improvement and total customer satisfaction that sets them above the rest in the industry. We have used Allen Maid Pro regularly for over two years and we are very satisfied with every aspect of their service. I am very particular, and am impressed with the company’s operating procedures and detailed checklist that is used on each visit. Stacy and Andrea have been cleaning our house beautifully every other week for two years and we are always pleased with the great and consistent job they do for us. The office and owners stay in contact with us and are very responsive if we need to alter the schedule, etc. Allen Maid Pro – and Stacy and Andrea – exceed our expectations. Reasonable pricing and great, consistent quality of service. I give them as many stars as they can get!
