Based on previous work, I was a repeat customer. Making the appointment was quick and easy online. Their prices are average for the service. They showed up on time. It goes down hill from here..... They literally scratched my windows!!! First they tried to blame the dog, who is small, 17 years old, blind and deaf. When I pointed out scratches that were too high even for a young, energetic dog, they just looked at me. Finally, I showed them a massive amount of scratches at eye level, on a full pane door that I had just had installed....A BRAND NEW DOOR WITH BRAND NEW GLASS..... Thats when they called the owner. The owner showed up, looked at the damage and immediately started saying they didnt do it; I insisted they did. Had just one window been damaged, then perhaps who did it would have been questionable, but many windows were scratched and in particular the brand new one was very damaged, with the same kind of scratch markings, so it clearly pointed to them as inadvertently causing that damage. We went back and forth about it several times; the conversation was calm and rational. He asked me what I wanted to settle this and I said I wanted recompensed for the door so I could replace the glass or the door, (which ever was cheaper). The other scratched windows Id let slide as they scratches were low and not that noticable. (The scratches on the new door were all at eye level) At that point, he said he was calling the police. I didnt think I heard him correctly, so I asked him again....and he repeated that he was going to call the police. I looked at him in disbelief and asked him why. (wouldnt you have???) He said he was filing a report with the police since we disagreed on what happened. I told him that this was their damage and what did the police have to do with it, to which again he replied that he was calling the police. I stared at him in disbelief; had he said he was calling his insurance company, I would have understood and appreciated it, but he was going to call the police!!!! I told him, "Fine, call them." I I literally escorted him to the door and told him to get out. I was calm and rational; I was in a complete state of shock. They damaged my property and they are calling the police! My head was spinning. This was a simple customer service issue, that his people created and he was shifting the blame to me as if I was the crooked one. Did he think this form of intimidation was going to scare me into changing my claim? Well, folks, he did, indeed, call the police~~HE CALLED THE POLICE..... he literally called the police, who showed up to take a report. Even the officer was shaking his head. When I asked him why the police were involved, he said he didnt know, that he was just doing his job and getting both sides of the story. He took the report, I apologized for wasting his time and public resources, still not fully understanding what had just transpired. His best guess was that the owner would try to take it to court, saying I defrauded them by not paying the bill which was: 1. never presented 2. nor was the job completed and 3. they damaged my property. Id include pictures if there was a way.... My thoughts.......the owner clearly knew they had damaged the glass and was trying to deflect and shift the focus back on to me so I would back down. Crooked, crooked, crooked. What ever happened to integrity??? I am so disappointed in such behavior....and a week before Christmas, too!

I recently hired My Clean House to clean my gutters. I never needed gutters cleaned before so I was not sure where to go. I found a number of services through Yelp and Angies list. I called a couple and because of decent reviews and cost ($123 for two story home) I had My Clean House come out and do the job. Despite confirming a few dates they did not come out because they have to have day of confirmation from the home owner before the job begins. Strange, but I must say communication on scheduling was good. The crew did clean the gutters well. We have had two rains since and no waterfalls come from the gutters. The reason for the two stars is the lack of respect the company has for customer property. I came home to find about 100 pounds of debris in two leaking bags on my driveway. The stains left behind from them dragging the bags and leaving them next to the trash bins...no in, but right next to them. I called them on this and they said "most customers prefer we dont take up so much room in the bins." The professions thing to have done is ask the customer what theyd prefer. I can see "most customers" preferring 100 pounds of leaking debris staining their driveway. In order for the crew to reach the gutters in the back they had to move our furniture. Very understandable however they shoved everything to one side, cushions on the ground for some reason and just left everything there. They did not move one piece back. Finally, I was asked how I would like to handle payment. He offered to invoice me and I agreed. He said needed a credit card to hold but wild not charge and would send an invoice. Yep, he charged the card. I dont so well with people who lie in business. Despite the decent cost to clean the gutters, with the complete lack of respect and neglect of their customers property and not being truthful we wont be using them again. I was hoping to have found a reputable company because I need to get windows cleaned too. Oh well.

Service starts out ok and price is good but quality declines. Several broken items that were never reimbursed. Used them loyally for a long time. Asked one question about my bill after receiving an automated notice that my invoice from the previous days cleaning was paid. I hadnt personally paid it but sent them the notice I received that said it was paid, thinking my wife had paid it. I was threatened, told I wasnt paying invoices (100% untrue), treated like a criminal and scum of the earth by the owner. Direct quote from the owner: "I bee calling you but you did not pick up the phone. You know you have not paid that invoice, we dont have a credit card on file and you did NOT pay my employees on site. SO how did you pay yesterday cleaning? This invoice need to pay TODAY and I will not wait for you 7 to 15 day to pay like you are use to do. If You have any questions please do NOT email me back or call the office, this need to be arranged between you and me personally Juan Maza"

Scheduled a move out cleaning for a 1 bdrm apt. They were supposed to be here from 8-12. I left to run errands around 930. Got back at 1130 and they had left. I had to do another hour of cleaning because they missed basic things. Wiping down a wall in the bathroom, the drawer under the oven, the entire living and dining room blinds were still dirty, the coat closet was missed. The island counter top was dirty. I asked them to sweep the patio and that wasnt done. I called to tell them and they said they had sent another 2 people to clean because the 1st cleaner had to go to her second job. So it took 3 people to clean this place and I STILL had to clean? They said they could send them back around 4 pm to finish. I cant sit in an empty apt for 4 hours with kids and pets to take care of. I hired these people to do the cleaning so I didnt have to. Disappointed.
