The two maids were polite. The older one, Chelsea, worked hard and did a great job on the bathrooms. My husband was thrilled with his bathtub. However, the younger one acted like she didnt know what to do. She swept the rug instead of vacuuming it. She didnt sweep all areas of the family room, and I had to re-do it this morning. She didnt sweep under the chairs or tables. The kitchen floor was still very dirty. I had to sweep it and re-mop it this morning. I didnt have time to re-do all this cleaning. When she dusted, she didnt move anything. Just dusted around everything on the tables, and left one table un-done. There is still dust behind some items in the bedroom. She acted like this was her first job and no one ever taught her how to clean. I was taught if youre going to do it, do it right. She needs to learn how to work efficiently and effectively. She was moving very slowly. I needed my house cleaned because we had company arriving, and I didnt have time to do it. It was better than nothing, and Im glad to have the bathrooms cleaned, but I wont call this service again. It was way too expensive for that kind of half-done service.

I decided to hire Two Maids after doing quite a bit of research based on the stellar reviews Id read. The first time their crew came, my apartment was literally left sparkling...one of, if not the best professional cleanings Ive ever had. However, they certainly werent the cheapest option out there so I decided to shop around. I let Mark, the owner, know my plan and while he wasnt excited, he was very pleasant and respectful of my decision. I had a feeling I would be back but I guess I had to prove to myself the old adage - "you get what you pay for!" Anyway, long story short, I tried another, "discount" cleaning service and was completely and utterly disappointed with the job they did. I found myself actually having to re-clean things around my apartment the same day they were here! Needless to say, I went back to Two Maids for my next cleaning and have been utilizing them since. Sure, you may be able to save a few bucks elsewhere, but if youre looking for THE BEST cleaning service in Dallas, do yourself a favor and contact Two Maids.

Dear Mark & the Two Maids & a Mop cleaning team: I just had to let you know how grateful we all are. I opened the door to our home after picking up the kids from school. First of all, it smelled deliciously clean! The kids immediately started getting excited at how clean everything was. Heres some of the comments that were flying around our home as they went from room to room: "wow, I can see my reflection in the microwave, its so clean!" "they even emptied the garbages and put new toilet paper and flushable wipes!" "the bathtub looks like it was shined by a shoe-shiner! its so sparkly!" "mommy, they cleaned all the places only YOU notice are dirty! theyre perfect for you!" "the bookshelves are clean even in front of our books!" "the carpet is SO vacuumed, it looks brand new!" Two Maids & A Mop did a world class job cleaning my apartment. PRICE: I do have some concern about the price, as their services were higher than the quotes I was given from other services. However, I decided to pull the trigger, as their online reviews are all 5/5 stars. SERVICE: They went above and beyond what I expected when I saw my aparment after the cleaning. Mark Parisi is easily reachable, prompt with responses, and I would recommend them to anyone to have their residence cleaned. I could have eaten food off my apartment floor. I dont think a single speck of dust was left behind in the apartment. Overall, they are an amazing company, and a top notch service provider.

Weve had Two Maids & A Mop for a few months now, best money I have ever spent. They are courteous, thorough and timely. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a little more time to themselves instead of spending your time cleaning. They do a very nice job. They have followed my requests the times that I have emailed instructions. I appreciate the reminder emails the day before as well as the convenient scheduling. Two Maids & A Mop has been a wonderful investment! They come out bi-weekly and do a premium clean, I honestly depend on them and am so happy with how my house looks each time. Two Maids and Mop did a deep clean of our house this week and were fantastic. Robin and Colleen listened to what my and wife and I wanted in terms of specific areas to be cleaned and they covered everything we wanted. What I also liked is that they brought their own cleaning supplies with them which is something I have not seen before with other cleaners. They were very friendly, efficient and got the job done. My wife and I will be using Two Maids and Mop as our new cleaner. Great job!
