Personally my experience with this company sucks. I explained my situation and the fact that there may be older dried feces (which she could not even pronounce properly) I can understand that they do not want to physically pickup a small piece, but not to allow it in their vacuums? Give me a break, are they eating lunch inside their vacuum? It is not sanitary and I am sure that machine has picked alot worst material over its time. Because of their arrogance and their lack of even understanding, I would never recommend this company to anyone, in any circumstances. If you use them are happy, more power to you. I am just trying to get my 93 year old fathers house cleaned up and they were of no help. They certainly didntt care to even try to help him and come up with some solutions.

I have had the most wonderful experience with the maids coming and cleaning my home monthly. I have a little list of reminders that I let them know about and WOW they just flat perform! I am home when they clean for me (I work from home),they are so considerate when I am on the phone and work around me, my husband and two pugs with smiles on their faces! I wish I would have done this a long time ago!

My experience with the Maids is great- My team is always prompt, and the job they do is outstanding. I could never get such a thorough clean myself, especially on hard to clean areas like the stove top, shower, etc. We have two dogs, and I always look forward to the elusive fur balls disappearing, and the nice, clean feeling I have when they are done.

The Maids come and clean every three weeks and I always look forward to it. I am usually working from home when they come and they are so considerate to work around me. They are courteous, on task and leave my home looking and smelling clean and fresh. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service, I have yet to be disappointed!

Had them clean my empty rental house and needless to say i wont be using them again. The cabinets were not all wiped down, baseboards not cleaned window seals not cleaned doors not wiped down ect. I plan to call tomorrow and talk to a manager. When paying this kind of money you expect more.
