We recently started to use MaidPro Lake Elmo and LOVE it. My husband and I both work full time, and it is so nice to come home to a clean house! Now we can spend more time at the park with our daughter rather than worrying about cleaning the house. I am very picky and like things very clean and have been extremely pleased with the thorough job that MaidPro does. I agree with the comment that the checklist they fill out is great, you know exactly what they are doing and where your money is going. Also, after each cleaning they ask how your service was and if there are any special requests for the next time they come. I have tried other cleaning services in the past and have not been nearly this impressed.

We’ve been using Maidpro since 2006; I remember because my daughter was born that year. Shelly R has been our primary cleaner since the beginning. The same person for 10 years! It is so nice to have that consistency. Shelly R. knows what is important to us and gets the job done. There are times when I’ve stopped by home when she is cleaning and I have to say “that girl hustles and you can tell by the sweat coming off her face!” I would highly recommend Maidpro. I trust all of the staff. They have trade secrets for getting out tough stains. They have never broken anything and they have worker compensation and general liability insurance which puts my mind at ease.

Awful place to work for. I worked there about a year before I found out I was pregnant. When I talked to the manager shelly about maternity leave. She said they didnt have a policy for maternity leave. And that I would have to quit. Then re apply when I was ready to come back. Shortly after that another employee found out she was pregnant, and they offered her paid maternity leave. And I had even worked there longer. Never agian will I go back there. And I dont recommend anyone giving there time to work there. Hopefully they will start treating there cleaners better, as we were the ones doing the hard work to make them money.

Weve been a MaidPro customer for several years now. We are extremely satisfied with the service. Typically the same cleaning professional visits our home every other Monday. She does an awesome job and has gotten to know us and our preferences over they years. I love coming home to a clean house - it is so nice to have a reliable and trusted provider. Ive tried other cleaning services in the past - they were more expensive and did an incomplete job. I have always been satisfied with MaidPros work. We highly recommend them.

Excellent cleaning service, I must say. I was skeptical at first because I have used "professional" cleaning services here in the twin cities quite often and couldnt find one that met the level of service that I expect. From the first initial phone call down to the crew they sent out it was first class. the girls were extremely friendly, very accommodating, and did everything I needed and then some. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, you will be pleasantly surprised!! :) thank you again

I made the right decision when I requested that Cathy and Joy be my regular cleaners. They are dependable and always do a great job. I had several other cleaners before Cathy and Joy but none of them could get my laminate floors spot- and smear-free. These ladies get it right every time. Having them clean for me gives me time to do other things. I look forward to my cleaning days, not just because they do good work, but they brighten my day!

Absolutely terrible. I had my house scheduled for a deep clean before coming home with my baby from the hospital. I got home, and my house didnt even smell clean! Things such as lampshades, light switches, base boards, etc. were not touched. There were obvious spaces not vacuumed. I was hoping to continue because we are looking for a cleaning service but no way. I only gave 1 star because I couldnt give zero.

My husband and I just had a baby and our weekly cleaning was scheduled for the week we arrived home from the hospital. Although I try and have most of the dishes done or put into the dishwasher before they come, I just didnt have the time nor energy to do all the dishes that week. To my surprise, MaidPro did all the dishes for me; it was such a great surprise and one that I appreciated so much!

They do an amazing job. We have had the same woman clean our house for the past few cleanings and she is extremely fast and can accomplish alot in a short amount of time She is also very flexible to focus on whatever area(s) we recommend. It is also nice that they have a checklist to work off of to make sure all areas are covered. It is so nice to go to work and come home to a clean house!!

Patty has been cleaning our home for years and we could not survive without her! Patty cleans once a week for us and she is like a member of our family. During a particularly challenging health issue, Patty was able to come to our house twice a week to help us out. Our home is kept clean and tidy, week after week, thanks to Patty!

She greets us, we talk a bit, then shes off on her cleaning rounds. We are very happy with her work and hope she is around a long time.

They do a great job. How nice it was to Come back from spring break to a totally clean and picked up home. Flexible to special requests and thorough. No surprise charges you know what you are paying for up front. Once they get to know your home and you they try to stick with the same folks so long as you are happy.
