I had an individual who helped me clean my home for many years. She retired a little over a year ago. I am now preparing my home for the market and need help with the cleaning. After having someone in my home who I loved and trusted, I was a little nervous about having strangers here. I saw an article on Two Maids & A Mop, and called. My first conversation with Lakeshia convinced me that I would be in good, trustworthy hands and they would be professional and discrete. Everything was so easy. I asked and received a top to bottom cleaning. The last thing I saw when I left my home in the morning was a dirty door. The first thing I noticed when I came was a spotless door. ( I really didnt think they would get that.) My son and I walked through the house together to inspect their work. WOW! There were smudges in the kitchen I thought I was going to have to paint over. They cleaned them. My cook top looked new, and my shower was spotless. The little crevices in the woodwork where dust gathers and never seems clean. Well, they are clean now. Needless to say, I am impressed. I will be calling Lakeshia to schedule weekly cleanings.

The service is consistently poor. After four months of sub-particular cleaning, I discontinued. Most of the time, I had to finish cleaning after they left. Update - After I complained, a manager came to my house to make things right. The second cleaning was much better than the first! I appreciate that they care enough to try to make up for that first experience, and i will use them again. My advice is to make sure to do the walk-through before they leave! ***I was very disappointed with my first cleaning. They showed up two hours late, and they did poor job. The finished product looked like kids had cleaned my house, not professionals. They mopped around things wthout moving them, including a small rug in the entryway that still had a pile of dirt underneath it. There were visible dust bunnies in the hallway and behind doors. Rugs had not been vacuumed. I had to finish cleaning my house after they left.

I called and was sold the ultimate clean package whatever they call it on the phone. My whole house is tile so very easy to clean. These maids did the bare minimum. They basically swept and mopped and that was it. I was told by the sales manager that they would clean top to bottom including the crown molding, etc. There are spider webs still hanging there. I had to point out obvious places like they were children. Literally nothing was touched other than floors. Also with open doors, they were not shut and cleaned behind so hair and dust etc still on the floors. I paid for this service so I wouldnt have to clean myself. I ended up having to do more cleaning than they did and I was supposed to get a ceiling down cleaning. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

I work full time and have for many years spent most Saturdays cleaning my house. Ive never used a cleaning service - I assumed that no one would clean it like I wanted it cleaned. The ladies from Two Maids have now been to my home twice. They arrive on time and have a system of team cleaning from top to bottom and back to front that ensures the attention to detail and thoroughness that customers will appreciate. Im impressed that the office performs unannounced quality checks to assure the job is done as expected. The ladies did an excellent job. I am looking forward to scheduling Two Maids a couple of times a month and enjoying those weekends!!

They were friendly. However, I had to vacuum my whole house again and under my furniture in the living room. I also had to dust furniture, my table, and clean both bathroom counters and a mirror. I would not walk on my living room and kitchen floors without shoes, because they were still dirty from the mopping. So, after I vacuumed everything, I steam mopped my living room and kitchen floors. I basically cleaned my house again after paying $240.00 to have it cleaned. I did call them, and they offered to come back out. However, I would not let them. I decided to do and do it right! Three stars to be nice!

Hello! I had the 3 fast-moving girls come to my home for the first cleaning a week ago. I was thrilled to have someone clean for me. It was overdue. Although I noticed my wood floors still had dust under tables and chairs, the furniture was not fully rid of dust, and glass on doors not wiped, I was still happy that as much was done in the time that they were here! So I will not complain for a first visit. The next time, I will call those areas to their attention. I like their service and truly appreciate promptness and efficiency. Thank you ladies! Paid $250 for a "deep clean" for my little 3 bedroom house. The price is outrageous as is, but I figured the place would be spotless. Still had dirt on the floors, dust on shelves and they didnt vacuum a single carpet. It was somewhat clean, but no where near a deep clean. Still finding dust on picture frames, tables, etc. Super upset that I paid what I did. Had to go over and clean most of my house myself.
