Summerhill Cooperative Bloomington

We are a senior housing cooperative community and we wanted this Molly Maids franchise to come out and clean a unit we had sold and were turning over. We scheduled the cleaning appointment at least a week in advance by providing our credit card info. On the day of the appointment I called them to find out why they were an hour late, and thats when they told me the Molly Maids owner had pulled us from the schedule (without notice!!) because we had requested a Certificate of Insurance from them at the beginning, which is standard procedure around here for all our vendors. Not bothering to tell us they just pulled us from the schedule without any notice, and to offer nothing but excuse after excuse is why we do NOT recommend them. There were other items too, but we will keep this review short.

I was not happy! I hired them to do a move out clean for me on the last day of the month. I only had a quick minute to check things over as we have to be out by noon. (they where done a little after 11am) Paid them and then turned in the keys. Got a move out notice from the apartment stating that things where started but not finished. They had also left cleaning products in 2 places in the apartment! When I called they said there was nothing that they could do because the 24hrs had passed! Would not recommend them for any type of cleaning!

Molly Maid has been cleaning my home for over 5 years in Apple Valley. They almost always do a good job, and the couple of times they didnt they fixed the problems quickly. I am moving to Colorado, and needed a move out cleaning, I gave Molly Maid short notice(one day), but they got me on their schedule so the house looked great for the walk through inspection on Friday June 27th. I wont miss the Minnesota winters, but I am going to miss Molly Maid.

We set a date to have our townhome cleaned last week for moveout. We gave them our credit card to secure the date. They emailed us to confirm the date. We responded and confirmed. They day of the appointment they didnt show. There was no notification from them. We lost money due to the delay of being able to move out in time. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They only offered us a $30.00 credit for the delay. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Always done so efficiently with attention to detail. I am constantly impressed each time I come home at what an amazing job they do. It brightens my day every time I come home and discover that theyve done an excellent job again. Also, in any interaction Ive had with them, they are always extremely friendly, kind and accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about the excellent service and I feel very lucky to have them come.

I have had good experience in the past. However, the last service was unsatisfactory. They were very late, disorganized, services were not completed efficiently and one of them especially worked very slow. Their tardiness caused us to be 2 hours late for a family birthday luncheon which was my husband birthday!

I contacted them end of March to clean my apartment for the landlord to inspect after. They quoted me $180 - 270 for my place, and got it done for $180. Got my full deposit back yesterday. It was easy to set up, and I got to use the time to start moving my stuff into the new place.
