Very poor customer service. My first scheduled meeting the owner Dan Miller was over an hour late so I called to see why and he made some poor excuse. Finally when he arrived his wife came into our warehouse with what looked like her pajamas on asking for his cell phone. The second scheduled meeting he was 35 minutes late. I called him several times along with messages and he couldnt even have the respect to respond back. I would NEVER recommend this cleaning service. VERY unprofessional and terrible communication!

We contacted Class Act for a residential cleaning. They scheduled to visit and quote at 5:00. 5:15, no one showed up we called them to ask for a status. We spoke to someone claiming to be the owner. They said they were running behind and it would be an hour and a half. When I asked what time they could be there, they said tomorrow. I mentioned that we would be calling for quotes from other competitors and they hung up on me.

These people are great! they were on time, professional, and had very pleasing pricing for the work i had done. I wont use anyone else for my cleaning or janitorial needs. They were awesome!!!
