BEWARE! Sales people lie. They are out to get the sale only. They do not disclose the facts. When I asked to listen to the recording they sent me to a supervisor who will not return any of my calls. Nov 2016 I told them I was not interested. She stated I could buy this for my employees. I thought a 2 night stay in Branson would be nice. I asked if there were any catches or conditions. She said no. There were no block out dates but they have to call in advance. So I bought 3. I gave them to my employees. In January one wanted to use it in February so we called to get it set up only to find out that there were age and income restrictions. The gal I talked to agreed the original sales person did not clarify things and that she personally would help me with my employees. They do not meet the income limits nor did one meet the age limit but her guest did. Nonetheless, we were not able to let that couple use the package. Now in May one of the other employees wanted to use one of the packages. They meet the age and income limits. Now we find out that we live less than 60 miles so there is an additional fee. WELL my business is less than 60 miles from Branson. Dont you think the first person should have told me there were conditions and catches that would cost more? Now I would have to pay an additional $120 for each package. NO supervisor or person will return calls. This company needs to return my money or those of us that have been scammed to to make sure they go out of business. I can guarantee if I treated my customers in my business this way they would have ran me out of town. DO NOT fall for this scam if you live within 60 miles of the vacation spot. DO NOT give this as a gift to anyone unless you know all the terms. There are many and they will not tell you upfront. The mileage condition is not on any of the printed documents and they will not provide the recordings because they know they are liars

Branson Travel group is not professional or adequate at preforming their duties. I was sold a 4 day 3 night package for $100 if my husband and I went to their timeshare presentation. I reserved another room for a friends family and was only charge 55 per night, so they saved me a hole 65 bucks and the resort they stuck us in was horrible. The rooms were dirty, carpet was BLACK...with filth, the safe didnt work, there were holes in the walls, trash piled around the entire back of the building, moldy mattresses, bedding, strollers...etc. They failed to inform me of proper check in times or to notify the hotel of my pets. When we arrived in Branson at 10 am as they said everything opened at 9 and we would be able to check in, we went to the visitors station they said check in wasnt until 3 pm and they didnt do a damn thing to help my family who had been in the car for 10 hours driving from northern IL. Further more, the tickets they promised were crap, the free dinner for the family ended up being a 30 dollar voucher that wouldnt even cover one persons meal! By the time we reached the presentation I wasnt sure if I wanted to bite my pride and get through it or snap out on everyone in site. Thankfully, we moved on to Arkansas and had an excellent stay at The Brass Door Motel. If you are going that way with pets I strongly recommend you contact Karishma at The Brass Door Motel and she will take good care of you! Its a little over an hour drive from Branson, if your into all the touristy stuff up there or you could spend your time on one of the lakes or rivers in the area and forget all the expensive crap in Branson.

This company will tell you anything to get you to purchase. I agreed to purchase an entertainment package because we are owners at Nantucket, and the show tickets and dinner vouchers sounded very appealing to us. We love visiting the Branson area. So after giving my credit card info, the salesman says, "OK, a Manager will need to verify this agreement and make sure you understand the transaction." Well, the Manager said we have to attend a 90 minute upgrade presentation. Previously the salesman assured me that we would NOT have to attend a presentation because we are owners. Thats why I agreed to purchase the package. I immediately asked for a refund! But she refused and said the transaction was already complete, and I could not be refunded tonight. She said I would have to call back tomorrow. UGH!!! This is not what I agreed to. But I was unaware until my credit card info was taken and probably charged! So they flat lied to me & then refused to refund my money. All she would say was... "Im sorry!" Never buy from them! Never!!!!!!

I only gave a rating of one star because 0 stars wasnt an option. I bought a package to go to Branson thinking it sounded like a great way to see the area and for a good price even though I knew I would have to attend a time share presentation. Things came up finiancially and I needed to cancel the reservation. When I called to do so the woman I spoke to became very rude quickly and started asking me why I needed to cancel and then proceeded to berate me. I said I dont understand what the problem is with me canceling, I was 4 days away from the time I was supposed to arrive. Then I was told that I would be charged an additional $25 if I cancelled and she would just charge my card. This company is questionable to say the least. I would never recommend using them.

This place is horrible. Dont waste your time with this company. They are liars and dont have any business ethics. They called me offering a package and I told them that I dont meet the financial requirements but they said it would be no problem and can still attend the presentation and get the package. I called months later to set up my reservation and they again asked about my income and again I told them that I did not qualify so they said they could not give me my package and that they could not offer a refund. To say the least this is the very beginning of making this company known as liars and unethical business people.

Went to the presentation as required after receiving "pre-gifted" tickets from the information store at intersection of Hwy 76 and Shepard of the Hills Boulevard. I told them I couldnt hear in crowded, noisy presentation room. They told me I could skip the presentation and proceed to get my refund on the credit card charge for the "pre-gifted" tickets. Then they refused to reverse the credit card charges for the "pre-gifted" tickets because we didnt complete the presentation. Guess they never heard of ADA. Ill see what my lawyer says about that.

They called me over 9 months ago and talked me into buying a travel package and told me I could cancel it within 48 hours. When I came to my senses the next day I did cancel it and have been calling them a few times a month since then inquiring as to why the money hasnt been put back in my account. They keep saying theyre looking into it and always promise to call me back and that has yet to happen. Im extremely disappointed in Branson travel group
