My fiance and I were very pleased with Our Travel Team while we were planning and booking our destination wedding in Cancun. They made the process extremely easy for our friends and family as well. They were very prompt in responding to our every question and concern, as well as very knowledgable in regards to our destination and booking our entire trip. We really appreciate the time and effort they put in to make the process very easy for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a destination wedding or any type of trip. We just recently arrived back from our trip and destination wedding at Now Jade in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Mexico was wonderful! We had such a great, great time. I have only wonderful things to say about the resort. The staff truly make it an incredible experience. It was big enough to have different restaurants and things to do, but small enough to not be overwhelmed and have it be too crazy with the amount of guests. I will always upgrade to the preferred club from here on out. Having the extra pool and beach area made such a huge difference, and I think made it much more of a relaxing experience for the week. The food was great and had a pretty good selection of different types of restaurants and bars for everyone. After this trip, we have decided that we will be making these trips an annual thing. I also just want to say thank you so much to Travis and Chris! You guys helped so much to make the experience so wonderful for us. We would not have been able to plan the trip and wedding as smoothly with the number of people attending if it wasnt for all of your help and expertise. The resort was great. The flights were so easy, and the shuttle service via Apple to and from the resort was super convenient and easy to find at the airport. All Apple staff in Mexico were such a pleasure to get to know.

My fiancé and I thought we would do things the “easy way” and have a destination wedding in Mexico. We thought that we were quite capable of planning the wedding and making sure everyone got their rooms booked correctly. To make a long story short; we thought we had a wedding booked at a resort and began getting information out to our guests. We found out weeks later that there was an issue with the resort and suddenly we were resort-less. We had people flying into Mexico with no place to get married. Thankfully, Our Travel Team and Travis Paquin came to the rescue. From the fist contact with Our Travel Team I felt a feeling of reassurance. Within two days, Travis had at least five resorts that had wedding availability and that also fit within our price range. The old cliché “He is like family” is one that we have often found ourselves saying. The curtesy and respect that Travis has displayed to my fiancé and I have assured that we will be life long customers. Thank you! Our Travel Team, we honestly could not have done it without you.

Such a great experience! I cant even begin to describe the stress that working with Travis and Our Travel Team has relieved for me! Planning a wedding can be stressful, let alone planning a wedding in another country. I was in way over my head when we decided to seek some help. Travis and his team have been there for me and my fiance and every decision. We were provided tons of options and price ranges for hotels to get married at. He also helped us find the PERFECT spot for our honeymoon, he could always tell if we were "settling" or had reservations about a hotel, and never pushed us into anything. If he thought we had doubts, he simply sent us more options based on our wants. Any time we had issues with the hotel, Travis stepped in and took control and did whatever he could to make us (lets be honest, mostly me) happy! I cant say enough good things about my experience with Our Travel Team. Highly recommended!!

OMG!!! Our Travel Team is the best yet....We planned and all inclusive honeymoon with Travis to Punta Cana and it was the best. Travis was so patient and understanding to our needs and wants. He was very detailed and explained everything to us, he even give tips on restaurants and drink, considering he himself had once stayed at the resort. Everything went according to plan, transportation was waiting once we arrived. My husband and I agree this was the best trip ever. Cant wait to plan our next with Our Travel Team. My wife and I used Our Travel Team to book a trip in celebration of our ten year anniversary. We walked in and told Travis what we were looking for. After a little discussion and guidance he offered several recommendations and helped us narrow it down to two resorts. Prior to the trip, Travis and Michelle ensured we had everything we needed and were prompt in answering all of our questions. We returned from our trip two weeks ago and it was an amazing experience, just as they said it would be. We have used several other travel agencies in the area, however none have been as helpful and thorough as Our Travel Team. We will be using them again to book our next vacation.

Last spring I booked a last minute 2 weeks out, all inclusive vacation with my girlfriends. Travis and Tamara recommended a great destination and it was honestly the best 4 day vacation Ive been on yet! When we arrived at the hotel, there had been a slight mix up between our adult only resort stay; however, Travis helped us right away and he was very easy to contact. We ended up being upgraded to the presidential suite! I highly recommend working with Our Travel Team and especially Travis and Tamara. I cant wait to book my next vacation through them!

What a great experience I had with Our Travel Team. I have already booked twice with them and never have been disappointed.
