Josh and Joe were awesome. After our bike was sitting at Big St Charles for two weeks with no progress, we had it moved to Gateway Big Dog. Within a day, they knew what was wrong, what parts they needed, and how to fix it. And they did. They could improve in the area of phone call backs, BUT what counts is what happens to the bike. We have a 2001 Indian Scout, not a common bike, but they were able to really take care of the bike, find the parts and get it all back together for us. We are really happy with them and will use them as our wrench from now on. They are the nicest guys, and so easy to work with. Biker approved by Ironhorseduke.

I am not too sure about the other customers experience but I have ordered parts and have had my bike repaired here twice. All three times they Joe and Tim are great to work with. They get you the parts you need, they will fix just about anything on my 08 Big Dog K-9 and they are fast when it comes to repairs. I have had my tires replaced, oil changed, 10k service done and it all went smooth. I found the staff to be friendly in providing tips and techniques for taking care of a Big Dog and they off many of the products you need, if not they know where they can get what you need. An enjoyable experience every time I visit.

How does this place have bad reviews? Came in with my Ninja 250 to get a safety inspection. The service manager was really friendly/knowledgeable about motorcycles, basically replaced a bulb that was burnt out for free. Will definitely come back if I have any other issues that dont require much specific expertise.

Do not use Big Dog Motorcycles in bridgeton. They just failed me on an improper license plate mount. I called the highway patrol and they said that isnt even a safety inspection criteria. Now they are writing me a new inspection to pass it. Dont go to them.
