They pull stuff on everyone and will be quick to turn u away if u dont agree to inflated price. Avoid Gary he is owners relative and he is crooked. The manager will chevk out the car and qoute price for repair. When u return and gary will give u new price. He will tell u that other mngr made mistake. His customer service is awful. EXAMPLE . He will not let u buy universal catallytic converter. He will demand converter be exact car dealership part. Price goes from 300. Now he wont touch it for less than 900. You can call dealership and they will tell u universal will fit perfectly. Between the internet and just how bad economy is everyone does a little studying. I hope this guy will learn that being a crook in auto repair wont last much longet. He.s running out of people who dont what car repair consists of. Times are changing the youth are so much smarter than you. We dont know how to do everything, we know how to find all the answers.

I had set an appt on Friday via their online scheduling for Monday. I received both email and text confirmations of said appt. When I got there on Monday, Doug said there was no appointment! I showed him the confirmation. He said they would take care of me anyway, almost making it sound like it was inconvenient. I was there for brakes and was afraid to drive farther as my car started making a horrible sound Friday. After they took the wheels off and told me how bad, I knew I was "stuck" and they knew it. I think the pricing was high (a lot higher than the quote I had gotten from them just 2 weeks earlier) and they didnt seem happy that I asked to see the parts. The office itself was dark and very dirty looking. It would be nice if they at least had water or coffee for customers who were waiting for their cars.

I have been going to Meineke Car Care Center in Fenton for quite a few years now. The service is always great. Always quick, friendly and honest. So easy to work with. I never feel like I am being taken for a ride when I go there. I know I can bring my vehicle in to be checked out for whatever "noise" I think I may be hearing and if it doesnt truly need repaired they dont do it and can explain what is going on in terms I can understand. I not only take my vehicle there, I take my kids cars there too. They often have a good sale on oil changes, tires etc. I take my vehicle here for everything, simple oil changes and major repairs. I never regret it. They have earned my trust and my business.

This company doesnt even deserve 1 star. For some odd reason my Dad trusts Gary (one of the workers there) so much. All I see in him is a person just wanting to get money off of you. I bought a new car that just needed a few tweaks (shocks/struts, rotors) and I got them fixed at this Meineke. He looks shifty and over prices the simplest things. And every time my dad gets his own car fixed there is always a new thing wrong RIGHT after it gets fixed. Do NOT trust this company, go to Dons Automotive if you want honest repairs. If you even look at the automotive at Fenton Missouri, the 3 reviews they have is ALL 5 star.

Took my truck there to get the brakes done and they were not very polite. Very rude, got my truck the next day! The next day! Cost me 200 bucks for one axle. This Gary guy quoted me for 100 originally....After I got the truck back the work was done wrong, the brakes are dragging and burning, you can see them smoking. I have gone to other Mercedes in the past and never had a issue but this one is terrible. They will lie right to your face and say its normal. I may not be a certified mechanic but I am no moron.

My experience has been the opposite of Cabt! Ive compared prices and they have always been competitive. Yes sometimes the price changes after a phone quote, they always explain why. Everyone is friendly, and if I have a problem with service they take care of it immediately. One time for an inspection I had a bulb out, they told me $5.00 to replace, I said I would do it. When I got there they had replaced it at no charge. I will continue to take my business to the Fenton store!

After becoming increasingly frustrated with another local auto service provider, we began going to the Meineke in Fenton. Every time we call in need of a service, we are greeted with happy, helpful voices on the other end of the line. Everyone there is very friendly and is able to answer my questions, no matter how silly they may be. :) I highly recommend this company and especially this particular location.

"Guaranteed work" not so guaranteed! After they get their money. They have no care for your car, and make excuses when problems follow instead of even taking a look. New to town and was hoping to find a new go to mechanic. Never going back here and Ill be sure to inform others not to as well.
