I went this place twice. First time for Auto inspection, it went well. After couple of months I went again for an oil change and also explained about a problem that I was facing, my car does not crank until 4 or 5 times turning the key, a click sound comes for first few times and then it starts normally. This is what I explained, but the owner insisted to do a electrical test for 36 dollars and its not free (rudely), these were the words used by him, well I agreed for it. After 1.5 hrs. of testing he says Battery is old and needs replacement, and the quote was 189 dollars. I said I would do it later. I thought I would do it myself, I believed him and went to Costco and changed my battery for 110$ and I gave my core Lexus battery to Costco. First day it was ok, but later it was giving same problem. This time I went to one of the NAPA Auto care center and said the same thing, he just understood it, took the car inside and tested it for free, and later came back and said solenoid switch is gone bad. Replacement cost altogether it took 350 $. And now there are no issues. But I lost 36$ (testing) and 110$ (battery) and my core Lexus battery because of poor testing (or god knows what was the intention) by "Complete Auto Repair". They also quote high prices. I dont recommend this to anyone. They put a BBB accredited board which I believe is fake. Please check the website it says this shop is not registered and not accredited. Beware of false claims and rip off. Do not believe other reviews here, they all are forgery. Edited - 12/28/2015 - I was never asked to perform further tests by them. I was told that the actual problem is with battery. Which turned out to be false. The only mistake I did was I didnt listen to my friend who said battery was good when he tested with his device before coming here. Any experienced mechanic should be able to tell that problem is with solenoid switch and not battery after listening to the issue symptoms (starting after 2 or 3 turns of key without cranking the engine) and after seeing the battery post terminals and charging .... but looks like either they lack knowledge or planning to rip off ... Customer satisfaction is 2 (in a 1 to 10 scale 10 being excellent).

Had a DCT transmission issue with my daughters VW Eos. Completed lots of my own research prior to bringing it to Complete Auto Repair. I prefer to be informed, avoids being taken advantage of. Spoke with Chris regarding my symptoms. He listened and suggested a very simple initial approach. All costs were clearly communicated up front. Also asked him for some additional services to be performed while it was there. After diagnosing the problem, Chris called me, made a service recommendation which I agreed to. Again, all costs were communicated up front. At no time did I ever feel pressured into unnecessary service being performed. Chris is very low key and no pressure. Two days in the shop, and the Eos was returned to us. Transmission issue solved! Car runs great, all previous symptoms are gone. Runs like it should. I write this review because it is far to easy to complain, than it is to praise. Total charges for repair were very fair! I will be happy to have Chris work on my other cars. Despite one of the previous reviews, this is a legitimate review. Not quite sure how one can assume that reviews contained are "fraudulent". Incidentally, $36 dollars for 1.5 hours of work is a gift.

Worst service experience of my life. After completion of my services, they attempted to charge me fees I was not made aware of and were not in writing, claiming it was their shop policy. When I explained why I didnt want to pay the surprise fees, the manager YELLED at me and called me a "silly American" for expecting to not pay for the fees. I have never been treated so poorly at a shop in my life, and will not be returning. I suggest you do not visit unless you want to pay unexpected fees and have a man scream at you for several minutes in front of other customers.

I chose this shop to get my cars inspection done, it failed and needed some work. The owner (Chris?) was gone for the day and I was told Id get a call back with a price quote for the needed work. Waited a few days, called them because I never got a call back. The guy said he didnt have it in front of him and he would call me back. Never got a call back, went to another local small auto repair shop near by, did the work at a fair price and re inspected at no cost. Forget this place, not worth your time or energy.

As with someone else who commented this was the worst service I have seen. I paid for a groupon which included free services and had no small print about added fees. However, upon checkout I was told I now needed to pay them and "did I really expect I was going to get free service"? He laughed at me. No, I dont expect free which is why I PAID money to buy the services in bulk. It seems there is a reason why a place like this has to resort to promoting cheap packaged groupon auto services.

My wife and I both take our vehicles to this location for service. I would not go anywhere else. The service is top notch and they do a great job with my car. I feel like I can build a personal relationship with the owner and not feel like just another customer. They go above and beyond and I feel fortunate to be close enough to this location to offer our business to Chris. Great service, great people, great place.

They got me in quick and had no issues with service. In between calls and service the owner took the time to make small talk with me as well as tell me about some of their other services. Price was in line with what I expected from a locally owned and run shop. I will be returning for future services.
