I will forever come to dobbs and talk with Jim to set up all of my vehicle needs. I was having terrible luck finding a replacement tire when I randomly called Jim. He was courteous and quick with solutions to my problem. He was doing what was best for my situation instead of trying to upsell to something I didnt need. While they were mounting my replacement tire, they noticed a nail in another one. Instead of just patching it, which I have had happen in other places, him called me so I was aware of it and asked if his guys could patch it. I said absolutely!! The mechanics were fast and Jim was a joy to work with. Thank you dobbs st Charles off of country club!!

DONT GO THERE! Got an oil change... dropped the truck off at 9 appointment and 12. Called at 6 and "oh we were just getting ready to call you." This has happened twice in a row! The last time 2 lug nuts came off in my hand and Im a weak girl! The only reason I checked the lug nuts is because some had that happen to them at the same place! Worst customer service and dont know what theyre doing!

Went in for an inspection and they said it passed except for a small leak in the radiator, which I had NEVER seen any spots under my car. Okay no big deal, except I only got a few miles away from Dobbs before my radiator blew. I highly doubt thats a coincidence, I dont recommend this place because there was nothing wrong with my radiator before.

Very very extremely happy with the help I received. Came here as a suggestion from another customer after receiving horrible treatment at another automotive facility. Supposedly more upscale.... NOT... Dobbs has ALWAYS been my automotive place of choice and I will never leave you again. CARLA CLARK... CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.....

This place stinks. Took them 9 hours to replace two tires and and do an alignment. When I came in to pick the car up, guy at the desk told me they were "checking the alignment" which was code for "we didnt do it yet". Had to wait for another 45 minutes because apparently 9 hours wasnt long enough. Will never come back.

Drop my car off at 1pm for 4 new tires. Was told it was going told be done by the close of business. I told them I would pick it up first thing in the morning. When I arrived it was still sitting in the same spot with the spare still on! I grab the keys and went somewhere else. I would not recommend this place!

Had flat on 94 it was the closes place they replaced the tire just fine BUT said the upper and lower ball joints were bad and should be replaced . I took it to the dealer and to my surprise they did not need to be replaced also the quote was all most the same if i did need them i will not go to a Dobbs again

This is the only Dobbs I willingly bring my car too. Ive had bad experiences at other Dobbs, but the workers here have always been up front and helpful. Dobbs will always be somewhat pricey, but they fixed my problem quickly and did good work without trying to upsell me.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND SLOWER THAN A SNAIL!! I WOULDNT SUGGEST MY WORST ENEMY TO GO THERE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE FROM THE STORE MANAGER TO THE CAR REPAIR MEN. IT TOOK 10 HOURS TO COMPLETE AN HOURS WORTH OF WORK. FIX IT YOURSELF BEFORE TAKING IT HERE .

Brought my car in at 9am. Said it would be ready at 3. Walked 2 miles to work. Walked 2 miles back got there at 3:10. Car never moved. Got my keys and went to Kelly Tire.
