On 3 separate occasions they misdiagnosed my car for a much more expensive repair and then wanted to charge more to fix it correctly with no refund on the incorrect repair. Office manager Lonnie is your best friend until it comes time to help a customer out and be fair. Very unprofessional and my car is still not repaired on this last occurrence, awaiting small claims court. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON!!!

THE GUYS AT B&B ARE TOP NOTCH! I HAD BRAKE WORK DONE THERE THAT I COULDNT DO MYSELF AND THEY GOT ME RIGHT IN. THEY SHOWED ME THE PROBELM ISSUES AND TOOK CARE OF THINGS QUICKLY AND AFFORDABLY. LONY AND WALTER AND THE GUYS ARE THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL AND I WILL TAKE ALL MY FUTURE AUTO PROBLEMS TO THEM. ITS REALLY NICE TO FIND GUYS WITH INTEGRITY THAT I CAN TRUST WITH MY VEHICLES.

Ever here of fire Marshall Bill well meet Mike the safety inspector from hell. He is the most overly thorough inspector ever. Let him inspect your older car and expect it to fail. For any reason possible.
