I just happened to stumble upon this business when Google searching for a tire shop to handle mounting and balancing my custom wheels. All the places Id dealt with before said they couldnt get to my car for a couple days. My car was having some road vibration issues on the highway. I called Reicher after finding them on Google and they said they could get me in no problem just come on by. When I got there they quickly took my info and had my car on a lift within 5 minutes, and they werent having a "slow" day. There were 6-8 other customers there having service done on their vehicles. I told them I wanted a balance of all 4 wheels to see if that would get rid of the vibration issue. About 20 minutes later a tech came out and told me my issue was due to extreme wear on the inside of the rear tires. He didnt want me to pay for a balance and not be happy because the car would still vibrate. Although I trusted his opinion he offered to take me back and show me the tires so I could verify their findings. Sure enough, the insides were worn almost down to the belts. Although they spent 20 minutes diagnosing my issue, they pulled my car around front and had me checked out within minutes. And NO CHARGE for their time since they didnt do the balance. Most shops would have gone right ahead and done the 4 wheel balance knowing full well that it wouldnt fix the root problem! Since I had new tires Id already purchased online during a recent sale, I brought my car back to them a couple days later on a busy Saturday morning at 8am. They mounted and balanced the tires without so much as a scuff on any of my custom wheels. I was in and out in under 90 minutes. The car now drives smooth as butter. Im absolutely impressed with their work, and just as importantly, their integrity! Theyll get all my familys business from here on out. Its hard to find a great auto shop. This is one of those places. Try them out, I think youll be very pleased.

TLDR: Friendly, saved us money and time, quick. Dad/mechanic approved. Dads referred me to Riechers because of past experiences and as a mechanic, he knows a good price and quality care when he sees it. Even with my own experience for balancing the tires (had changed them for the first time in 4 years) grandmother wanted to go ahead and get them balanced, but the mechanic attending us wanted to make sure we actually needed it first. She insisted we needed the balance, but he talked her into letting them check first (very charismatic, dont remember his name though) saved us $60+ when he found we didnt even need it balanced. Took less than 15 minutes from the time we walked in until the time we left, and they were okay-ish busy. Half the bays full (2 of 4) and another van pulling up in the middle of our interaction.

I have done business with both locations and have always had great service. They are honest and have fair prices (a rarity) these days. I have purchased everything from an oil change to a set of truck tires. I have never had any issues unlike some other rude or impatient or just plain ignorant people posting negative reviews about these folks. But then again, consider who is posting the negative reviews. One is a family member of the competition and the other is just clueless. If you want Mercedes stems go to Plaza motors dope.

Always excellent service, mostly for routine care/maintenance. This time I needed some expensive repairs. Mike took the time to explain things to me regarding cost and quality of parts, was not pushy or rude, and made several phone calls to get me taken care of. Michelle, in the office, provided me with transportation home so that repairs could be made while I slept (I work night shifts). What a lovely lady! Definitely the only place I want to take my vehicles.

FREAKING TERRIBLE!!! The fact that 11 workers stood there behind the counter while I waited 45 minutes to put ani freeze in a car! I can do that in 10 and I dont know jack squat about cars. This whole 86$ per hour for labor can be shoved far up ! So y dont u guys stop standing around finger poppin each others assholes and actually work for ur paychecks or Ill do it myself.

I buy all of my tires here and recently had a set of tires put on our 2015 Corvette Z06. I was a little worried that the extremely low profile tire and chrome wheels would not come out pretty, but the guys at Riechers are professional and know what they are doing. They came out perfect and they got us in and out in no time! Thanks again!

I brought in my car as it was having an issue with a rattling noise at cold startup. They could not find a problem. I did a bit of research and found the problem. I then brought it in for them to repair and they were nice enough to charge me $80 for diagnosing it...when all they did was tell me what I already told them. Nice.

Had a very low tire (almost flat). Pulled into Riechers 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, just hoping they could somehow fit me in. Sure enough they did. They got me right in, found a nail, repaired the hole and had me on my way less than 30 minutes later. Stand up guys and great service.

I took my vehicle here for tires and they took off my luxury (Mercedes) stems and put the cheap ones on. Looks like crap! I did not authorize this and I didnt notice until it was too late; my stems are long gone. Dont trust and wouldnt do business again.
