Ive had several people tell me, "Dont go to Dobbs! Theyll rip you off!" To those people I say, "Pffffffttttt!" This Dobbs has ALWAYS done me right. I have an older car with 254,500 miles on it. Ive had lots of work done here, from having my car towed here, desperate, with ball joints that have popped off from work done at other places to new brakes, alignments, new alternator, new ignition coil, and various other services performed. I have never walked away feeling like a sucker. I have had 2nd opinions on work needed, done my own research, and I always seem to come back here both for the price & service. Seth is a down-to-earth guy that understands we work hard for our money & cant afford to blow it on unneeded repairs. He helps prioritize repairs, explain what can wait so you can budget for later, & what is essential. He is real & I trust him. Matt is good too. He told me straight up that flushing a heat core can lead to leaks & explained why. I respect that. I am so glad that I have found an auto center that behaves ethically. When they can, they have cut me a deal. They have beaten competitors quotes. They honor their warranties & work previously done there. Speaking of warranties, how about the lifetime parts & labor warranty? Thats worth something too. Shout out to Johnny for figuring out why my vehicle was misfiring. Seth, you really helped me out today & I just want to express my appreciation for you. Thank you!

I used to be a regular here but in the past year or so they have taken a plummet in customer satisfaction. The employees are undermanaged and incompetent, my younger brother brought his jeep in to get serviced and they actually forgot to place the lug nuts on the wheel fully and when they brought it down it collapsed causing extensive damage to the fender wells. They did get it taken care of but the fact they let that happen is beyond me. If they let that happen with one vehicle I dont want to know how many customers are driving around with a halfway tightened bolt or nut anywhere on the vehicle. Im very disappointed, This place used to have my business for everything that I didnt want to do myself but in the past year I would much rather find the time to do it myself. I really expected better and hope they get it together.

Dobbs has always been an amazing place to bring all the family cars to do everything there. As of today my mothers car has been towed back due to another engine issue after they have supposedly fixed it. In the last 2 months this car has been there more then 4x after a basic inspection, rotation, filter change, and oil change. This car has never had problems before. Since the first visit a few weeks ago nothing but problems. Dobbs stood by the issue the first time but still made her pay. Trying to get in touch with a manager or someone who would call us back has been a nightmare. As of today we will be taking our cars and business somewhere else if we do not hear back. We just want answers.

We are very pleased with the service and tires we received. I was particularly pleased when the gentleman at the counter helped us. He asked which tires we were looking for. He then researched what was available in that family of tires and found a better tire for less than the tire we requested. Great Customer Service!

Ended up stuck in Lake St Louis, and they were close and open. Truck was overheating. They found a hole in a my radiator, and dropped a couple of tablets to stop the leak. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is the mechanic wouldnt even look me in the eye. Felt very impersonal

Both of our cars have been at Dobbs ever since they helped my wife out with an emergency flat tire and DIDNT treat her like a "girl who knew nothing about cars". They have kept both our 2004 and 2005 Aveos running smooth since then. I absolutely recommend them.

My windshield wiper was getting off track to where it wouldnt even work. Took it in to get it repaired. I was told that it would take at most an hour, I was there for 4 1/2. They told me that it was just a screw loose so they fixed it. Then charged me $40.

Always helpful and fast. Wifi in the waiting room and nearby shopping and restaurants for the longer waits. They have a shuttle service if a major repair is in order or you need to drop it off while you go to work.

Very nice deal employees to check in. However $101 for a tire rotation and an oil change (synthetic), my dealership was 1/2 the price is ridiculous along with other places I called.
