I was traveling from Ohio for my fathers birthday in Joplin. My car started making a noise that worried me. With 250 miles left I thought it was best to stop and get it checked. I was amazed that they were able and willing to check my vehicle in less in 10 minutes. The next part was amazing considering the bad reputation that mechanics normally get. Initially it sounded like I would need a new wheel bearing, $400 repair. They noticed I may have some loose lug nuts. I wouldnt have known, if they still said I needed the $400 repair. They made some adjustments, it resolved the issue and I was back on the road in 30 minutes! I almost didnt stop, debating if I could make it and have it looked at in Joplin, fearing being stuck for several hours. Thx so much for your honesty, courtesy and for making it possible for me to get there to celebrate dads 74th birthday.

As another reviewer stated, they cant always get to you the same day, but trust me, they are worth setting up an appointment if you can. My husband and I have gone there several times for various minor things like inspections and having belts changed, and they never try to pressure us into something we dont need like a lot of big chain auto shops do. Its no wonder they are so busy considering they do excellent work and are honest with their customers.

Please dont let Andrew touch your car!!!! he took advantage of the fact I wasnt a car expert. He said thing were wrong with my car that wasnt wrong. So when I took my car to get a second look from another shop they told me he had put my car in the system which means I would have to take my car back to fuller for the repairs. Please if you dont know these people please dont go to them they will screw you over!!

Everyone at Fuller are friendly and know what they are doing. The only downfall is they usually wont be able to get you in the same day. Overall very good service and very professional.
