I made an appointment to avoid having to wait. Well I was wrong. I arrived to my appointment on time and the guy told me that it would be an hour before they got my car back. Well, 1 hour and 40 minutes pass, and they finally got my vehicle in. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you have to wait hours anyways. It is ridiculous. Also, on two previous occasions, they mechanics did not replace my hubcaps on completely, and they fell off as I drove. This happened twice. I highly do not recommend this place.

Im actually getting my car serviced as I write the review. The oil change and tire special was good. However, I had some outer tie rods that need replaced. I was quoted 260+ dollars for two outer rods installed. Having some automotive knowledge, that price sounded steep. I did some calling to parts houses and to my father whom is a 40 year mechanic. I found out it was a half hour repair and the parts cost to the public 50 bucks. How should that be over 260 before tax? It shouldnt. Rip off.

They are freaking awful. Ive gone there twice to get my oil changed. Both times they have taken about two hours and during this they had guys sitting at the desk just chatting it up like a bunch of junior high girls. The last time i went they told me i needed a new tire and a tire rotation. They said that i would be lucky to make it a hundred miles. I took my car to another shop and they put some air in the tire and told me that it would last another 10000 miles! THANKS FOR TRYING TO RIP ME OFF!

While passing through Vicksburg I had an engine light come on I stopped here to see if they could tell me what the problem was with my car, I was a busy day and Mike informed me that it may take time. After an investigation a quick check of the tire pressure Mike informed me that I was in good shape for the rest of my trip. Leaving a satisfied customer with directions to I 20 I was able to continue my journey. Thank you Firestone and thank you Mike.

Terrible service. They took apart a non serviceable wheel bearing while replacing a rotor. I brought elsewhere and paid another mechanic to fix. They told me bearing looked bad and they repacked it with grease. I kept the old rotor with hammer marks and chips from them beating it off. The other mechanic said they did not know how to take the rotor off and ruined the bearing.
