Came in at 8 oclock to get my car fixed because I wanted to be able to have it for the day. I needed brakes changed and they told me it would only take an hour they would call me when they finished. I walked back to my house which isnt far from location, waited not one hour, but two, for a phone call and never came. I walked back down to the location, thinking they just wrote my phone number down wrong and when I walk up on location workers were blowing the lot with a leaf blower, and standing at the desk. I assumed my car was finished and ready for me to go to find out they didnt even start yet! They told me they got slammed with other customers they took care of first, when I dropped my car off there was not one other customer. They should be first come first serve but I guess if you sit in the waiting room youre top priority. When I sat in the waiting room waiting because I was not about to leave and not have my car worked on again, they came out, told me it wasnt my brakes that was bad it was something else and they needed to order a part. I said okay. That took 2 hours for them to make that deliberation and get the part just ordered to have it come to the store. It was noon by now and had things to do so I had to get a ride to take me where I wanted to go, and I came back at 3. They said they just got the part in (which is okay with me I understand it takes a while to get the part in). And they should be done any second. They told me that if I paid in cash it would be $150 and if I paid with debit it would be $181.50. Which to me, I didnt understand the big price difference over something like that and only had debit card to pay. So I had someone pick me up to go get cash so I didnt lose $30 for having a different form of payment..the workers here are very nice but as far as anything else than personality, I would go somewhere else. I waited 8 hours for my car to get fixed when ordering the part, and putting it on should have only taken 3. The boss came back after being there for 11 hours, and said the new price was now $320 dollars because we took up his shop and he would have to pay his employee extra. I gave him $150 and walked out. It has been a week since I wrote a bad review on Facebook and google, the owner said he would contact me to talk about the problems and address them and still hasnt. He falls short of his words.

I went to get my oil changed on 2/25/2017. My car was in perfect shape drove it in with no issues no lights on or anything. They broke pieces off of my car trying to get the oil filter off.. Once they seen that my oil filter was going to give them issues they should have came and got me and told me that they wasnt going to be able to do my oil change! Instead they changed my oil and in the mean time they broke my oil pressure sensor off and once they was done they called me into shop gave that broken piece to me and told me that I would need to have my car towed to a dealer or drive it but they couldnt guarantee how far I would make it!! I drove it out of the bay and my check engine light was on and oil light was on and car told me to shut down engine. I checked out and gave them my free oil change voucher and for some reason I had to pay $3.00 on top of that. I had my dad come up to the facility and he called the cops because I wasnt able to drive my car of the lot. The cops told us that we needed to save all the receipts and take them to civil court and the manager told us he wanted us off his property! My car still is in the shop it got dropped of that day and they not only broke the oil pressure sensor they also broke my oil filter housing. The owner is not wanting to help with this at all when they are at fault so we will be taking them to court!

I arrived here at 8 when the store opened.....I Left around 9.......only one other customer came in while I was there......One employee did not even know how to change a headlight. I had to pay for a stripped oil plug fix....the employees neglected to finish my simple oil change before both of them started working on the other customers car who had arrived about half an hour after I did. I would not suggest this express lube to anyone. Hopefully the oil plug fix holds....Its something to worry about after the incompetence displayed during my visit. Highly disappointed with my experience at this location.

I always have a great experience here. And id strongly caution believing a review from someone who didnt have the conviction in their opinion to not post under "jack meoff" and 2 other people who think their cars falling apart due to neglect and shoddy previous work is some how reflective of the service here. Im always out quickly, they try and help with discounts on services and goods, and hell, they even give my kids free drinks and candy.

My car randomly stopped working across the street from the store, and just as a shot in the dark I went over to ask if they could even just help me move it out of the way. Dustin and Mike didnt hesitate to offer their help. They helped me move the car to their lot and even looked at it to see if it was something simple to fix. These 2 guys made my day go from hellish to not as bad as it could have been. Awesome guys.

The guys here are always so nice and go above and beyond to help me. I feel like they always have my best interest in mind and are not always trying to up sell me. They even fixed my car when it should of went to a major garage but it was a Saturday and I needed it to get to work Monday and it was 200 to 300 cheap then if I had gone else where.

Love this place, theyre alwaya quick with my oil change and they let me know if they notice anything else wrong with my vehicle, and if its something they dont fix, then they will give you a great recommendation. Denny was super friendly and gave great advice!
