I have been a customer for over two years. I have had pleasant experiences, timely completion of drycleaning/laundry, and good customer service. Today, however; a customer service person was QUITE RUDE with me. Specifically, I brought in a bundle of shirts for laundering. Typically, the customer service persons count the items to ensure they are charging you properly. The customer service person today asked me how many shirts there were. I told her I did not know (I just gathered all shirts that needed laundering). She snidely and disrespectfully said to me "Theyre your shirts, you count them!" which she repeated at least twice. I then called the woman who I believe is the manager. Im sure she heard the exchange but I related to her how this young woman treated me. As I was speaking to the manager, the younger woman continued to express that I should count my own shirts. The manager counted the shirts herself and wrote the tickets. Before exiting, I asked her if she felt she needed to counsel this young woman. I was disappointed as I left to see that she had not spoken to her. Hopefully she did so. I spend a lot of money at this cleaners. I have a handicapped brother whose clothes I bring in addition to mine. Most of my orders exceed $100 and are no less than $40.00. This manner in which this young woman spoke to me was reminiscent of the way I was treated during visits to Southern states during the 50s and 60s. I will find myself another cleaners.

First time I went there the lady just took my shirts without saying a word, and then gave me my ticket. Apparently "hello" or "thank you" is hard to say. I had a tie dry cleaned and it came back the way I brought it in: with a stain. They pointed to their sign saying that not everything can be cleaned and that I signed for it. Yes, I did sign for it, but I wasnt convinced that I couldnt be cleaned. So I brought the tie to a different dry cleaner, and they got the stain out without a problem.

HORRIBLE!!! I took 12 shirt to be cleaned and they came back looking worse than when started, just starched in wrinkles. I had to return 8 of the 12 because they were literally unwearable. It makes me so mad that there are businesses that say they are to clean and press clothes and they take no pride in the service. We will not be back and hope you stay away!!!

They lost the pants to my suit. I called on numerous occasions and my calls were never returned. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau concerning this and the business refused to respond to their inquiry as well. I would not use this business under any circumstance because they could not care less about their customers.

STAY AWAY!!! Westway lost an expensive piece of my clothing and not only refused to reimburse me for it, the bitter woman on the phone actually yelled at me! This is undoubtedly the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive ever experienced. If you care about your clothing at all, this is not the dry cleaner for you.

Ive taken my clothes here for years and they do a pretty good job. They do not do too well with getting rid of stain rings around the collars and sleeves. Theyre always willing to redo any piece of clothing that isnt to your liking. Prices are reasonable with their coupons.

I agree with all of the reviews. Missing buttons, rude employees and dress shirts returned one size smaller, which I can only now where during the summer months when I have my sleeves rolled up. Waste of money!!

Terrible customer service. The staff is always rude. They put a staple through a $150 shirt. Not the first item they have damaged. Im never going back.

Ive been using them for 12 years and have had no problems. The Fact that I have used them for 12 years should speak for itself.

I have always had good service from westway. Never a problem with lost clothes and they always get stains out.
