This is a review of the Webster Groves location. Stay away, far way.... After a 3+ year hiatus from using American Cleaners, I decided to give them another shot. Never again. Pulled out a dress shirt this morning, and low and behold, the small buttons on not one but both sleeves were cracked in half. They have not once replaced cracked buttons. Update - 11/4/10 - Was getting ready to replace the buttons last evening and noticed a small hole near the broken button, most likely from pressing a shirt with, I dont know, a broken button with a sharp edge. Will be taking this up with the store manager.

I like this location because the staff offered me suggestions I hadnt thought of. Its that extra touch that makes a business stand out from its competitors. Grea job!

Have used them 3 times once I lost my ticket and without problem they were able to look it up. Stains on my goose down comforter are gone. So they are good in my book.

The customer service at this place is awful and they are completely unorganized. I was never called to be told my clothes were ready, I had to track them down myself.
