I have taken my clothes as well as my familys items and have had no issues. But as one who used to work the front of the store i would have to say we did the best that we could for everyone. One has to take into consideration that you get what you pay for. If one pays 1.50 or less to get ones business shirts cleaned dont expect to get a shirt back that looks like it is brand new. Also keep in mind that you are not the only person who brought in 20 shirts (most at 7 when we closed at 8) to have cleaned and get back the next day. Also if one picks up their clothes on the days that one asks for the clothes are less likely to have wrinkles or other issues. My tip is that you pick out 5 shirts that you want back the next day and the rest you leave until they are done a few days later. Another tip is to pick things up as close to the date as specified.

This dry cleaners is great...if you never have an issue. I had a top coat button replaced and the coat dry cleaned here, and when I went to pick it up the coat had a stain on it that was not there before. They tried to reclean it but could not, they then told me Customer Service would call me. I recieved a call several days later and they tried to tell me that I had dropped off a sports coat to be repaired and cleaned not top coat (news to me) and they stated that they did not stain the coat. So not only did they ruin a $500.00 coat but they stated that I never brought that coat in. It turns out that they wrote on the original dry cleaning ticket to repair and clean a sport coat not a top coat (it was there fault) but they never admitted that they made the mistake and I am out a 5oo dolar coat. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have had shirts losts, shirts and even a suit ruined here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When I called customer service to voice my concern, they wouldnt even listen to me or let me speak.

Give my work shirts all the time for cleaning and starch. I get them cleaned and starch properly never had a problem. I wish they were open later.

They not only ruined my shirts but also do not admit it. Home washing machine is the best solution.
