My usual dry cleaners on South Kingshighway is too far out of the way now that my job assigned me to a new client, so I thought I would try this American Cleaners location on Richardson Road, which is on my way home. Brought in a neck tie to get dry cleaned. Thats it. Just one tie. No shirts or pants or anything. When I dropped it off, I was trying to explain to the lady what I needed done. Im not exactly a talker, so I was being pretty brief. I only wanted to say a sentence or two, but she kept talking over me and saying "Uh huh" and "Okay" before I could even get halfway through my first sentence. I finally just gave up trying and handed it over without my instructions ever being communicated. Then, when I went to pick it up, it had a lot of loose threads that werent there when I dropped it off. I had to cut them off with a pair of scissors once I got home. I usually dont complain about bad customer service as long as the quality is good, but in this case they were both non-existent. I will never go here again.

I took a pair of pants, blouse and a suit to be dry cleaned. Went back a few days later to pick them up. I handed the lady my coupons and cash. She just pointed at a sign that stated coupons to be submitted upon drop off. I went to pay for my dry cleaning when I notice that the pants that were labeled special attention, were still soiled. I brought that to her attention and she stated she is only the attendent. I paid full price, to take my soiled, and now press pants home. She asked if I wanted to leave the blazers. I took the blazers, coupons and my soiled, now pressed dry cleaning home. The manager was not available upon callling the store. Researching the Better Business Bureau it was discovered my complaint isnt the first.

Horrible customer service. I have had two expensive item ruined because they dont take pride in their work or they are just complete idiots. Gave them a second Chance and will never return. There is a very nice place on Vogel road next to gnc. They do great and are really nice.

I did not have my ticket when picking up my pants and the girl behind the counter said "well that sounds like a problem. I have to go through 2 weeks of clothes to find your pants" Extremely rude! Looked to me like she had nothing better to do anyway!

Wont go back. Counter help is rude. Pants are not cleaned. They mark them special attention and do not do anything. Once a great cleaners. No more.

They dont accept credit cards because they dont have a credit card machine. ....REALLY. ..its 2015!!!!!! BUY ONE
