I go to Great Clips for a variety of reasons; speed, price, locations, and primarily, the app. The app makes it extremely easy to see how long the wait time is and to get a spot in line. If the wait is too long, Ill either go to a different location or just wait until another day. Its nice not to have to go all the way to the storefront in order to see how long the wait is.

I needed a cut badly, but was concerned Id end up with a cut Id be unhappy with. I had nothing to worry about. Cora sat me in the chair & gave me an excellent cut that I am thrilled with. If I lived here, Cora would be the lady that I would see every 6 weeks for my cut.

These guys are terrible. Great clips back home was decent and fast; these guys take 1-2 hours before you get in (and thats when I check in online), and Ive had to tell the clippers to trim certain places or fix mistakes. Never coming back to this place.

Normally get good service, but over the last three weeks cant even get in because not enough hair stylist or they are booked by online reservations who are not in the building. Today was my last try, going to another business.

When I walked into the store the two women briefly looked up from their phones for a moment then went back to scrolling. After standing there for a few moments I just left. Terrible customer service.

They do decent work, but unfortunately they dont do it consistently. Even though I have notes in their computer for my preferences, the stylists dont interpret them the same way.

Close early frequently. Drove 20 minutes to get a hair cut and they closed early. I guess I am not as important as the other customers who were getting their hair cut.

Aweful customer service. Came in for a quick cut, have been ignored by two stylists who have been standing around doing nothing for almost an hour. Ridiculous.
