(The picture of the short hair is me) I went In and got a girl with zebra print on her glasses. Needless to say, shes horrible. I didnt get what I asked for and she claimed that when I got home and styled it that it would look like what I showed her.. I got home later that night and washed and styled it and it was even worse. Immediately, I called. I spoke to Lupe and she apologized and said to come in the next day. (Shop was closed already) I went in the next day after work and waited for Lupe and meanwhile, the girl who jacked my hair up is there and she doesnt even acknowledge me in any way.. I wouldnt have been so mad if I would have gotten an apology but I got nothing she looked at me and went straight to back. Lupe fixed my hair and it was okay but Lupe knew it was messed up. If youre looking for quality dont go to anyone but LUPE shes very nice and professional and she takes her time. DONT go to the girl with zebra on her glasses who always wears her hair in a ponytail shes horrible!!

Honey boo boos mom gave me the worst haircut of my life... Im a college kid and used to cut my own hair, Im not picky but I can do better then this lady with "11 years" of hair cutting experience. I sat down at her station that was covered with the greasy hair of the last guy. She didnt clean or brush off any combs or the clipers at all before she "went at it". 5 mins later she brings out a mirror saying its all done... (maybe she was seeing how fast she could go?) I point out huge chunks of uncut hair to her and she agrees and then snips at them and tussels my hair to hide the poor cut. I get home and take a shower to get the dirtyess of that chop shop off me. After my hair drys I can see it looks like my roomate drunkenly cut it with some crappy clippers... I guess thats what I get for buying a $14 hair cut. Grow up and go anywhere else!

Well I went in yesterday & wanted my hair shorter than it already was. The lady was nice although I didnt catch her name & I seen no name tag. The front of my hair looks ok. But the back just felt crappy she said she was going to use clippers so I was thinking she had experience using them. When I got home took a couple different pics I look bald in one big spot none of it lines up or even. I guess you cant tell unless you really look at it, but still its my head and hair and it doesnt look/feel good at all. I know I wasnt rude when I got this cut so I dont know. I wont be back to this place or recommend it at all.

I am highly satisfied with the attention/job I received last Friday around 8:30 pm (yes, I was probably the last customer to walk in) from Emily. I got a bad haircut from another place and I needed to fix that mess. Emily was friendly, she listened all my concerns, she also gave me her common sense opinions which I really appreciated and, most important she looked really knowledgeable! I have long hair and I am picky... One more time, she fixed the impossible. I recommend this place if you have a clear idea of what you want because you will get it!

I dont care what the price is or how fancy a shop is..... Its about getting what you go for! Its been years since someone had done my hair right! Kinda like if these so called barbers were getting there license off the dollar menu..... I was protesting haircuts!!!! It had been 9 months until today my gf requested it for her birthday X_x so went in the stylist did an awesome cut I think her name was Deanna cant remember but she listen to all I was requesting done!!! Im picky as heck!!! highly recommended

Got a great haircut today. However, their check in online system has a flaw. They give preference to those who check in online. Yet you cannot check in until they open. So if you show up and wait for them to open and someone on their way checks in they get put in line before you and yet you cannot check in. A simple solution would be allow check in 15 minutes before opening hours so you can already be in line when the doors open.

Called to try and put my name on the list... receptionist stated its policy that I could either check in online (Im driving how is that safe) or she could take me as a walkin. Im at a place in my life where I would rather pay more money for convience. This place is waay closer than my current person so figured Id give it a chance...apparently they dont want new business.

I get online to see the wait and it says 4 minutes so I sign up and while I wait 4 people walk in and get hair cuts before me and I waited 30 minutes with no explanation. You have false advertisement saying "save time. every time". Are you kidding me? I will never come back. Its not like they are exceptional at cutting hair!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This place is horrible! Not to mention, the workers, especially the manager, are completely racist and rude. They dont know how to treat customers with respect. I suggest that these employees and manager get their act together, before they decide to attend a customer again. Pathetic.

Well i have gone here. 4 times 2 times no one could open the doors manager was not there to open at 9 . First time my hair cut was free i think that was fair second time waited almost til 945 but had to pay 13 for my trim !! Didnt think i should have paid!! Need reliable managers at this place!!!!!!

I wish I could remember the girls name who cut my hair about a month ago. She nailed it. She listens and cut it exactly.... no, better than I was hoping for. So hard to get any consistency in a barber. I hope the notes she recorded will help me get the same cut again. More later........

So I wanted my hair cut short, but the lady made puffy. So I told her. Seemed like she got mad I said something and started thinning out my hair. Then snags my ear with the scissors. It hurt, yes there was a little blood. Never going back here again. And told my friends.
